Preview update v0.48 - Bjørn

We're happy to announce that the preview version of the upcoming Bjørn is ready and available! 🐻
It features most of the content planned for this update, just a bit shy of the end of Day 4. The skip to the new content is already implemented, and the update also features a new system of sfw/nsfw sprite variants. We've tested it and everything seems to be working right, but please tell us if you notice any issues!
