Bonus | Her Males: Chapter 8.5

Winner: Aziel's POV of Chapter 8

AZIEL

I remind myself to stay calm as Gray's lust fills my lungs. My Wrath urges me to feed him, but I turn away and shove that want deep down inside. It doesn't take a genius to figure out the source of his arousal, the Incubi's eyes locked in on Charlie and Silas.

The Human's found herself seated on Silas's lap, her body pressed tightly against his. It's clear he's enjoying the attention in the way he rubs her thighs and rests his chin on the top of her head, but I hate it.

It's frustrating how she's weaseled her way into the affections of both my males, and has me admittedly worried about my bonds. I don't like the idea of having to search for somebody new and, despite my complaints, had warmed up to the concept of sharing with them.

Now I have to start over, and it's all her fault.

I frown as she grabs Silas's forearms and squeezes, her fingers digging into his muscle as she looks to him for comfort. Gray seems to like it as well, his arousal growing as I turn to glare at him.

"Fucking stop, Gray." I snap, more than annoyed.

He smiles, his cocky grin only furthering my anger. He's already decided to fucking leave me for the Human, the least he can do is not bask in it as well. My eyes narrow as he opens his mouth to respond, but I don't bother to sit around and listen to it as Envy's doors open and I rush inside.

Gray lingers behind to whisper to Silas and Charlie, but I refuse to torture myself further by listening to them. It's hard enough having to hear them being so fucking domestic at home, constantly bickering and running around like lovesick fools.

Even Silas is acting stupid, grinning like an idiot whenever either Charlie or Gray give him so much as an ounce of attention.

"Sorry to keep you waiting." Envy apologizes. "I hope you've had ample time to discuss my proposal."

I hum, waiting for everybody to get situated before reaching into my bag to pull out the new paperwork. Charlie's fear thickens, the scent of it putting me on edge. I find it more than displeasing, and hate how it irritates my Wrath.

"We've considered your request, but still think three years is too much. We're estimated to lose a considerable amount of Breeds within that two to three-year mark, so we can't wait that long." I state, cutting to the chase.

"We're willing to give you six months." Silas chimes in.

I hate this stupid fucking plan. It's not going to work, and all that's going to happen is Charlie's going to get her feelings hurt.

"No," Envy states, not even pretending to consider it.

I expected as much, and clench my jaw shut as I shrug and start grabbing for the documents I passed out seconds ago. Envy seems a bit surprised by my lack of argument, his eyes widening as Charlie sits up with a smile.

"What happened to needing my help?" Envy chuckles, gesturing for his Shadows to grab drinks.

Charlie's hand shakes as she holds her papers to me, the sight of it having me seconds away from grabbing and shifting her home. It's surprising to me how on board Gray and Silas were with her idea.

I'm shocked I was the only one who fought against it.

"We've got a meeting set up with the Shifters tomorrow, and I anticipate they'll be more than happy to help the cause." I state, toying with the zipper of my bag.

Charlie snorts and reaches for it, her movements confident despite her fear. I frown as she worms around and zips it up, her actions sporadic and distracting. I could just take her home and she won't have to do this.

I don't want her to do this.

"Shifters hate you." Envy states.

"Yeah, but they like females more." Gray states, grabbing and yanking Charlie onto his lap.

His essence leaks out of him in mere seconds, filling the room with thick arousal. My body reacts to it more than I'd care to admit, the bond between us flaring to life and insisting I bend him over the table.

Charlie practically slumps into him, and I look away as his arm moves below the table and makes contact with her sex. She hisses and yanks away as he hurts her, and I suck in a sharp breath before reaching over and planting her on my lap.

She hums and buries her face in my neck just as she tries to roll her hips against mine. It feels good, and I force myself to go against instinct as I reach down and pinch her thigh so she stops.

"Fucking Incubus," I grunt, speaking as if I'm reading off a script. Envy frowns as I wrap my arms around Charlie's waist and stand. "I should get going. Appreciate you taking this time to talk with us."

Charlie cries and looks to Gray as I lift her, her hips jerking against me as she seeks out any physical contact. It feels better than I'd care to admit.

"Well, wait. We aren't finished!" Envy snaps, glaring at Charlie.

My Wrath pushes at my mind as I take in Envy's hateful stare, the uncontrollable being inside of me disliking anybody but us glaring at her. He doesn't get to think she's annoying. Charlie whines, and I force my anger down as I run my thumb over her face and push her hair back.

Sweat pebbles up along her hairline, her body struggling and fighting for release. This is a stupid fucking plan.

"There's nothing left to discuss. You aren't willing to compromise, and I have a female to take care of." I state, turning to look at Gray. "Silas can stay if there's more you wish to discuss. Gray, you're coming with me."

"The Shifters aren't worth your time. Their armies are weak. Nothing compared to mine." Envy snaps.

I want to break his fucking neck for the way he's looking at Charlie, his eyes transitioning from anger to lust as he breathes in Gray's essence.

"I'm leaving in ten seconds. Six months or I'm going to the Shifters." I state, adjusting uncomfortably as I wait for this to finish up.

Envy's hands clench into fists as he eyes Charlie, his gaze lingering on her exposed thigh before his essence meets my nose. I step back and lift my shirt, eager to prevent Charlie from smelling it. She's already experienced more than I'd care for her to, and I'll be damned if I sit back and let a fucking Original hurt her even more.

She fights against me as I try to push the fabric in her face, her hands grabbing onto my wrists before trying to tear them away. I huff as I force past her arms and cup her mouth and nose.

Stupid bitch is always fighting with me. I tighten my grip on her waist and squeeze her to my chest in response to the smell of her salty tears. Why is she always crying? Shay glares at me from her spot on the seat, no doubt angry at the sight of me comforting the Human in a way that I outright refused to do with her.

In all honesty, I don't hate having to be the one to care for Charlie. I like the responsibility, and it makes a small part of me feel good that she trusts me enough to go along with this plan in the first place.

"One year?" Envy relents. "That's the lowest I'll go."

"Fine. I'll send my Shadows with paperwork tomorrow." I murmur, shifting away before the sentence has completely left my mouth.

We've agreed to meet in my office, and I take Charlie there before trying to sit her on my couch. When she realizes I'm trying to let her go, she clings, her arms wrapping around my neck and tugging me to her chest. My lips start to curl at the corners before I force them back down and try once more to pry her off .

I watch Gray shift into the room a second later, his eyebrow quirking as he takes in Charlie's aggressive humping and my helpless face.

It's not funny.

"Charlie," He finally draws her attention.

She releases me with a grunt, practically lunging out of my arms in search of the Incubus she knows will settle her.

Comments

He doesn't seem to get involved with the discussions regarding their relationship. I think Silas just thinks Aziel is in denial and they will all be bonded. He has had little digs at Aziel about being nicer so Charlie cares about him etc.

Did we ever see Silas and Aziel talk about the new bonding arrangement? I assume he knows what happened with Gray but still

Right! She compensates for her lack of physical strength compared to a demon in other ways which this chapter perfectly highlights.

Also, I love that this whole plan was Charlie's idea! Sneaky lady. If only Aziel would realize how much of an asset she can be, even if she isn't "strong" like a demon.
