Weekly Update #42

Remember, this is a trial. The $5 tier is only getting one regular chapter per story unlocked this week, but I'll make it up to you once the trial is over. If I decide to go with weekly releases then I'll most likely boost up the amount of ahead chapters the $5 tier gets.

Only 33 hours last week, but considering I felt like absolute shit for two of those days, I don't think it's too bad. I also think I'm coming down with what my mum (whom I was taking care of this past weekend) had because my head feels foggy, throat hurts, and I'm coughing. So, I feel like shit again this week, but I've been through worse if all I'm going to get is a headache and cough. I have asthma so this is nothing compared to an asthma attack >_>.

The True Endgame

I think the introduction for the first chapter of the fifth volume went pretty well, though it probably would have been better as one big chapter like I did with today's woof chapter. Man, it really does feel like weekly releases of one big chapter all at once is the way to go over smaller chapters. I don't have to try and fluff them up or come up with 5 different starts/stops. Just one start, a bunch of content, then one stop. Either way, I'm going to try to keep this volume a bit more fast paced then usual.

Ero Dungeon Evolution

The main plot of this second volume has finally been set up, you could say. Or is it not the main plot? Maybe there's a bait-and-switch! Ah, who knows. Anyways, I think the last few chapters definitely could have been written better seeing as how those were the ones I wrote while I felt like total shit. It's like... I don't want people to go without any updates even if I'm sick, but if I force myself to write when I'm sick then it doesn't usually come out as well, especially when it's something "important." Blagh. Regardless, tomorrow is EDE day for the week, and I'm looking forward to typing a big chapter for it! Oh, and the second cover is officially being worked on. Like, progress is actually being made now.

Steel Glory

This is actually going to get an update this week as well! A bigger one, too! While it probably won't be as big as TTE/EDE/Woof updates, I'm still planning on it being at least 3k words - so, the size of a LDQ chapter. I just feel like those other three should be at least 5k words each since that's how many words I've been writing for them each week, so anything less means I'm doing less work than normal. But, at least SG will be getting 3x the content than usual this week. I might write more for it, too. I'll just be writing until at least 3k and then stopping whenever I reach a good spot!

The Queen's Hound

Wew. Over 4k followers in just over a month. That's pretty crazy, yo. The story has also doubled my Patreon at this point. I wish all of my stories could be this successful, but people really love their monster reincarnation litrpg stories. Anyways, I was really happy with today's chapter, and feedback on it has been good so far as well. As for the first volume, I want to say there are one or two chapters left in it at most. Once it's done, I'll use some free time to start editing it, going to commission the cover artist (ErosPanda) to do some illustrations for it so that it's like a proper light novel, and then self-publish it!

Lazy Dragon Queen

Why aren't there 60 more chapters of this available for me to read? Damn, like, I love reading all of my stories, but I need 60 more chapters of this to binge read right now. I also told ErosPanda how I'm totally going to be having him do a bunch of art for this, too. Basically, I'm just going to be using him for a ton of art in general >_>.
