The only possible explanations for the drone footage in "Pass Through" are as follows: 1) Neil Breen rented a drone. 2) Neil Breen stole a drone. 3) Neil Breen drove around the desert until he saw somebody using a drone, jumped out of his car, ran into the shot, overpowered the drone operator, stole the SD card from the drone, and then went in search of more free drone footage. I'd bet heavily on option #3.
