Noto tool - Audio spectrum player / Envelope editor vol.1 (BETA)

I made a tool to play audio with viewing spectrum (for this, press Audio calculate button first!) and editing envelope.
This tool will be useful when you're trying to make audiovisual.
This file is beta version. so if you find any problem, please let me know!
I think the UI will be change in next time.
