Whitney Selfie #7: Sailor Mew
Added 2018-02-01 01:58:15 +0000 UTCThis is in connection with the "Sailor Mew" gag in page 21 of the official comic. Whitney is a HUGE fan of the classic magical girl anime, and this is one of many moments where her fangirlness shines through.
Also, to clarify for those curious, the Sequential major at SCAD was a focus in comics and storyboards -- essentially, stories told through a sequence of images. It included an optional focus in anime and manga, so roughly half the students who went into that major were hardcore anime fans. I was in the smaller percentage of sequential students interested in studying newspaper-style comic strips, which was the format where Peter & Company originally got its start.
