The month off was great. I needed it something awful and it gave me time to get back to enjoying the gaining process instead of it feeling like an obligation. Ironically, it's always during the off times that I make the most progress so maybe I'll take some months off again when I need another boost. December will likely be a paused month just to focus on the friends and family stuff for Christmas, but either way it should be a good month of eating.

This gorge session was from last night. It was a good workout that day and I even did some cardio and I came home and slammed a large pizza, a bag of granola, a slice of cheesecake and a shake to end the night on a new PR. If you are a big cereal fan like me, maybe give granola a shot. It's only two bowls worth but still 1,300 calories so it's super easy to do but still packs a punch.

I've got a backlog of stuff to post too from August and earlier this month but I wanted to start September off on a high note with my biggest so far. Hope you guys like it and I'll take the messages tonight and tomorrow.
