I went to bed last night just a few ounces shy of 248. An unexpected tip that has really helped me lately is going to bed early each night.
It helps in the gym, it helps with eating and cooking motivation, it's really just an all-over boost for life.
It's a huge stress relief to not worry about the number of hours I'm sleeping and if it's enough.
My goal bedtime is to be asleep by 9:30 and so far it's been something I look forward to doing each night. If you're stuck with gaining or lifting, give it a shot!
