Usually just chocolate almond milk, carbo gain, and lately a couple tablespoons of peanut butter. If I go to crazy with it, it gets too thick and then I just dread drinking them, so I try to keep them pretty smooth but still decently calorie dense.

Out of curiosity, what do you make your nightly gainer shakes out of along with the carbo gain? I'm trying to chub up and might give it a try lol
