-Vigil spawnrate: ->2%

-Mermaid no longer uses different attacks at the same time, portals stay invisible untill exit is on cam, blue vigil script fixed, blue siren tweaks.

-Catgirl/plantgirl internal fix

-Vampire unbirth internals fixed, mermaid updated.

Yeah were getting that lenght fixed so its shorter and has more variety. i ran in the caves biome for 16mins last night, covering 740metres. Thats just way too long

just did my tenth run tonight and i have not been able to get through the plains even with the length reduced all the way. 2 deaths were my just screwing up. the was one where it was a high mushroom jump that doesn't launch you high enough and the rest were because of confusion specifically any time there as a miku near a gape i would usually get confused mid jump and die or get confuse before or after the jump an run off the ledge. as it is right now the plains are the most difficult area of the game.

Yes, apparently the code regarding the confusion meter borked. As for the terrain things, were trying to fix those as those have more to do with the player control then anything else. (being u press forward and it takes a while for you to stop) If we can get that movement more precise, you will have less issues with those obstacles catching you when jumping up.

on a separate note how do you get skill points?

so i reinstalled and the confusion meter still is missing. i agree with bob that the long lasting leaks are the problem ive been having, same with not encountering bosses. i also noticed that the milk bottles no longer work. ive also noticed that some of the terrain pieces will "catch" you near the top when you are traveling upward from a jump or mushroom. when this happens you have to reverse direction to fall off. its a real problem is some of the narrow vertical area because you can get caught on either side. its also a problem with some of the mandatory high jumps because you can get caught and not have enough time to fall and bounce again before being pushed off screen.

Yeah i know the leeks, ive told eatme several times now to change how long they last to max 3 secs (1bounce basically) The levels lenght is something i mentioned to eatme as well. I got bored of hearing the same song over and over after 16 mins in a cave covering 740m. So were gonna change that to have a biome last 5mins max. If you fiddle with the sliders, it will be less. Bosses earlier, once again mentioned already :p I explained that raadd before was much faster and covered more distance more quickly. If you gonna slow that down dramatically, you gotta change the other things as well otherwise it just takes too long and becomes boring and repetitive.

Balancing thoughts: -The real reason behind miku opness that people are complaining about: how long those leeks stay on screen and how janky their ricochet can be sometimes. Personally I dont see any reason for the leeks to persist and bounce. -Levels seem to take a lot longer (only gotten to a boss twice, throughout all these iterations), and I think I finally see why, meters dont seem to progress nearly as fast as the old engine. 300 meters takes like 10 minutes. -Given that, I feel like bosses should come a bit earlier. It's difficult as a tester to test simply because of the amount of distance you have to travel.

Catgirl's UB is very good! But I can not pass the biome because the difficulty level is high, I can not reach Vampire.

i dont know if its just me but i havent been able to get to a boss for the last 4 builds of the game. i cant get through the plains because of all the mikus, the timer for how long your confused no longer shows up so a lot of the time i fall to death because the controls revert mid jump or ill get caught on the edge of an obstacle and get pushed off screen before i get unstuck. the other game areas are ok since they just have harder creatures but ive essentially given up on ever getting through the plains area cause im almost never unconfused.
