Added 2023-02-03 02:08:30 +0000 UTCA few of you guys asked about my condo in the recent FAQ video. This is the condo. I rented this one just for 1 month but this week I moved to a different condo on a longer lease.
Just for those that are interested, this condo rents for 16,000 baht aka $480 USD per month, on Jomtien Beach. The name of the condo building is Cetus.
I wanted to post this for those that are interested in living in Thailand, this is what you get for under $500/month and it was fully furnished as well. I just brought my computer set up.
