Every day, Dr. Segawa continues to improve Kibo-chan. But even hardworking developers need a break. Today, he treated himself to a small gift, a USB power checker compatible with Type-C. This handy tool will help identify power issues, which are often overlooked but fundamental problems. Even Kibo-chan, who operates on Makita batteries, sometimes stops due to power shortage, so this tool will be incredibly useful.

Innovation requires new ideas, whether it's for resolving issues Dr. Segawa encounters or for making Kibo-chan function better. Today's spark of inspiration was a new system to have Kibo-chan's daily reports written using a generative AI. We're testing it out experimentally, and it's proving quite useful! It seems like this method could be used for various purposes.
