The most common technique for MTF vaginoplasty is literally called “penile inversion” and “turning duck inside out” is a pretty common colloquial way we describe it. I suspect MTG used to say “get your dick cut off” and somehow somebody actually managed to get through with a correction. Also, there’s definitely some surgeons doing SRS vaginoplasties on minors; usually that’s 17 or maybe 16, not actual little children. Not sure about FTM surgeries. And then of course there’s intersex genital mutilation, the practice conservatives have been specifically excluding from their attempts to ban SRS.

I can confirm, not to diminish the other points made in the episode, but turning the penis inside out is real! Probably the first ever accurate description of SRS I've actually heard from transphobic propaganda, though, she loses points for preceding it with "chopping off their breasts" or whatever.
