Flesh + Blood (Air Date: 11/25/89)

(Outro: 5:43)

Happy Thanksgiving Eve (to those who celebrate), Patreon Pals! In tonight’s ep JB talks about llama & ostrich investing and I kid you not he had this convo with me TODAY while we were just randomly chatting about how his trip home to Arkansas is going. I guess that’s a big thing there, along with falcon hunting. (Ask him to go into deets on that for ya sometime… 😋)

I hope you have a wonderful holiday (or just  a great Thursday 😉), and if you’re a Patron Saint i hope you can join us in the Discord this Splatterday Night for a riffalong of one of the greatest 🎄 movies ever made, Santa’s Slay! We’ll be watching it at 8pm ET this Saturday to help kick off the horrorday season! 🎅🖤🖤

Ps- Flesh + Blood does have some really 🔥 scenes. if you haven’t seen it, definitely check it out! 🥰

I guess Godfather insists upon itself?

I'm still hoping for a Kaiju Christmas special, or a "Leprechaun" marathon for St. Patrick's Day.

This is one of 3 Rutger Hauer movies that inspired Kentaro Miura to create Berserk.

Vincent Aaron Stauffer

Please do! 🥰

So would we! 😋🖤

Happy day o’ the thanking Miss D. 🖤 I should really join the watch along this time.

Rewatching the Just Joe Bob Dinners of Death . Would love another Thanksgiving special one year .

There’s a popular burger joint in my region called Legends and they’ve had ostrich burgers for years there. Great food but it stuffs me quicker than even most places I’ve been too.

Growing up in Mississippi, raising Emus was a thing, so I totally get Ostrich and Llamas in Arkansas.

The scene with the stripper pole in the bar will always stand out in my mind.

Definitely going to check it out! Have a great Thanksgiving and rest of the week! Happy AEW Wednesday 😉🤘

I love that movie.

Have a very happy Thanksgiving! 🖤 And Joe Bob - you shouldn't ostrich-cize these farmers for trying something new! 😉

My friend and I rented this movie from. 7-11 in the early 90's maybe age 12-13,expecting Conan type stuff....out parents were in the kitchen next to us while we watched it and I have no idea how they never picked up on what was actually happe ing in the movie, I think they were lmaging cards, we were sure we were gonna get in trouble watching this, there are some gnarly scenes for sure

Thanks, Chris! Happy Thanksgiving to you, too! 🖤

Happy Thanksgiving to you, Mr. Briggs and the entire Mutant Fam!!!!

And James Caan, for that matter! 😋

Also Santa’s Slay is the best thing Goldberg has ever done by far?
