Hope you're having an absolutely stunning start of this new year! Be honest with me though, have you already given up on your New Year's resolutions? I certainly have tbh haha ๐
And if you're just like me when it comes to staying focused in order to make positive changes in your life, I've got amazing news for you today... I filmed a very special, reassuring video for you! ๐งโจ
My goal was to create something that will uplift your spirits, something you could come back to whenever you need extra support and encouragement. I guess, it can be considered a guided meditation of some sort, so this might work best if you actually try and repeat the things I say with me, be that aloud or in your mind ๐

2024-01-13 01:31:40 +0000 UTCI shoooould but it's Friday night, well I guess its the following morning but you know what I mean haha I've got this new health device and it says I should sleep 9-12 hours a night and I've averaged around 5hours this week... so I'm going to try and sleep as much as possible tomorrow regardless.
