New athletes in 2025 v2

There are quite a few new athletes in the World Cup this season who have shown good results. It's time to add them to the game!
We have compiled a list of those we want to add and have already started working on it.
As usual, there are more women to add than men. The game still has a significant shortage of real women biathletes to fill all career leagues. This addition should improve the situation!
