HEY PATREONS! So this week we decided to shoot an "Emergency" remote episode to talk about the NEW Pokemon Presents. We haven't had much of a chance to be topical lately, so we jumped on this right away. It does mean our previous shot episodes will be pushed back a week, so we also had to record this BONUS episode for you guys here as well! 2022-08-05 16:45:47 +0000 UTCAre pro-consoles counted towards the sales of non-pro versions? If they are, then I'm convinced the Switch will become the most sold console, if they release a pro! Also, loved the almost political discussion ahaha! Wood is absolutely right that renting is a bigger scam than buying, especially considering as he pointed out, you're essentially paying for someone else's mortgage. But Bob has a point that most people will never be able to pay off their loan, and even a 30k down payment is likely out of most people's budget, considering more than half of all americans live paycheck to paycheck. So I would argue that most people are kinda forced into renting. And it is also important to note that the idea that you'll always be able to sell your house for more than you put in is true in general, except for when the market crashes, which it does on average every 10 years.
