Yea, thats what we're used to. And that's why I don't think we're competent enough to provide study materials, cuz I'm quite sure that's not really a right way to do. But well, only the result matters

No, we don't color greyscales. Tried a couple of times, it didn't work well for us. We do flat masks right after sketch and work with that after
