Quick post today to show the full preview of the Iron Opinicus, the Steam War Machine from our latest Design Contest. This is the very first miniature designed entirely by the community and we loved the entire process!
The Iron Opinicus is the first Steam Machine designed for Sunland, the main faction of the Empire of Sun, but it won't be the only one! We have had a lot of fun working on this miniature, so we will have a second steam machine in a couple of months! 💣
Next month we will also create the next Design Contest for Highlands Miniatures, so get ready!
The Iron Opinicus comes split in several pieces, with a standard cannon and three crew miniatures. The Steam Machine is designed to fit in a 50x100mm square base.
In the preview images you can see other assembling combinations: you can use any of the artillery pieces created for the Sunland Artillery, including the rocket launcher, or to place any Sunland miniature you want on top of it, like the arquebusiers or the Landsknechts of Soltau!
We have just sent these files to be pre-supported and will be available soon.
👉🏻 Finally, today we have also uploaded the Khazarian Gunners to the Drive Archive, so you can now download them from there!
In a couple of days we will make a post with the first preview of the February 2022 Release and we will talk about all the things coming next month! Stay tuned!

Both options will be available! We are just waiting to receive the pre-supported files to upload them to the Archive, and in a couple of days the files will be sen through MMF, along the rest of the January Release :)
