Very quick post today to show you the last hero miniature for this October Release: Vlad Valăcari, the Defiler, the first vampire of his lineage. 🧛🏻
This is the first evil hero vampire we have created ever and it will be the first one of many more to come for Transilvanya. We really like the "human" and "historical" approach to the vampires, so this miniature is heavily inspired by Vlad III of Wallachia, also known as Vlad Țepeș or Vlad Drăculea. Vlad Valăcari comes in three optional versions, two human versions with and without his characteristic hat, and another version converting himself in a vampire monster.
Also, we can announce the second event for this October Release, very related to his miniature... We are going to make our first collaboration with Craftworld Studios, an amazing and talented panting team that will be doing a live video in his Youtube channel about how to paint Vlad Valăcari. The date is still waiting to being confirmed, but probably it will be on Thursday 21 or Friday 22. We'll let you know as soon as we finish all the details about the event! 🥳
Tomorrow we'll make another post with the poll to choose the direction of Highlands Miniatures for the November and December releases.

Hi David! We will talk about it soon, but this October Release is going to take us more time than expected, so probably it isn't going to be a poll for November, so we can start with that release as soon as we finish this one, with some ideas and design we already have in mind so we can go faster, trying to bring the schedule back! We will let you know very soon!
