War Steam Machine Design Contest!

If you are reading this letter is because you have been chosen by the council of the Mergenheim Engineering School to offer your skilled help to the Empire of Sun in the field of the engineering design.

The Sun Emperor has commended you the mission to create a new artifact for war, a steam machine to destroy our enemies in the battlefield. In the School you have all the tools you may need to work on this creation, so we have already taken the liberty to send you a coach to bring you here, where the most brilliant brains are working hard to forge the new world.

Let the roar of our new weapons sound in every battlefield and inflict fear in the heart of our enemies.

CONTEST RULES

1. The design must be original and not copied from any other company *coff coff*

2. The final design can be a picture created by yourself or a detailed text with reference images. The picture of the final design can be created handmade (digital drawing or by hand in a paper and lately scanned) or using photo-basing from real world references.

3. The final entry should include your name, the war steam machine design and a short explanation of the design, or a detailed text with reference images. Also, the steam machine must be named.

4. The draft selection will be composed of four designs. The winner will be chosen with the help of the patrons through a poll, with these four selected designs as options. The winner design will be sculpted, pre-supported and will be part of one of the upcoming releases.

5. The contest will end at 8th of November 2021 (23:59pm UK time).

6. You can upload the final design to our Discord server, under the channel #steam-machine-design-contest or you can send us the final design by email to dustinhighlands@gmail.com

7. The steam machine must be designed taking in consideration that the miniature needs to be printable, and needs to fit in a standard 50x100mm square base (at least most of the steam machine).

8. You must be a patron of Highlands Miniatures to enter the contest

9. And finally, you MUST have fun and enjoy the contest!
