SEPTEMBER RELEASE: The Crossbowmen Medieval Unit!
Added 2020-09-09 17:38:30 +0000 UTC
Hi guys! ⚔️⚔️⚔️ Hope you’re having a great week.
DO YOU REMEMBER…. That we still have to show you the last unit from this September Release?
Here you have it! The Crossbowmen Medieval Unit 🏹 ready for the battle. As you will notice, the models are a bit different because we’ve modified our human scale working mesh. They’re still in 32mm but they are now a little more “graciosos” as we say in Spanish (In English: bulky), because we think we have finally found the perfect size for humans. If you like it, the rest of the future human releases will be like these men (and also the modularity system)!
Also, guys, as you might have seen, the result of the poll has been very clear:
- 1. In the very FIRST PLACE for the 122 votes, the next OCTOBER release is going to be about… Undead Dark Knights (Black Knights / Revenants Knights)!!!
- 2. In a decent SECOND PLACE for 56 votes, the Undead Blackwatch Unit (Grave Guard / Revenants) will be the protagonists for the NOVEMBER RELEASE!!!
The pre-supported files of the Crossbowmen Unit will be available in the archive as soon as they are ready.
Aaand most of you've asked us about the Blood Knights so... maybe you have a trick-or-treat Halloween surprise 👻👻👻👻
We read you! ❤️
Hi, are these up for sale on MMF at the moment?

Hola Carlos! La escala continuará siendo 32mm, pero van a ser un poco más gorditos, similar al aspecto de WHFB, no tan "realistas / delgados". :)

Thank you so much Mark! We believe that by doing them in this way we can add more detail to the miniature and, of course, help with the integration with other minis and creators. :)

These look great, and I like the bulkier style, it fits well with many other tabletop mini styles!

Hi BiTx0! Yes, these are part of the September Release. About your questions: we don't understand why you say you have paid for 28mm miniatures when in all our releases, all miniatures have always been 32mm.
And about the variety, we agree, which is why we usually only do one unit a month with at least four basic miniatures and the command group. However, this one has been special because of our move and because archers rarely use a command group. We are very happy that you like our miniatures, thank you for supporting us, we hope you like the ones that come! ❤️

Hi Jefferson! The bases are on 20mm. We're following this very helpful chart. :) https://issuu.com/miniwars/docs/warhammer_base_size_chart_v1

This is terrific work! Building out the infantry is a great idea, as it helps with model durability. The future release schedule sounds wonderful( especially the Halloween surprise!)
