SMR Trackpack Two T-Money Arena Update!

Adds the indoor derby arena compatible with RDP and Bidwars ai up to 14 cars as well as a few other adjustments and things on the map in preparation for the next couple of updates :)
I was undecided whether to leave overheads open or closed so I left the collisions off for the overhead doors going into the garages incase people want to drive in and out of them.
