The new FFT script is great but I worry that it limits its appeal, like, I'm a 35 year old playing a remake of a game that I beat when I was 8 and I had to open a dictionary because I didn't know one of the words? that can't be ideal.

2025-09-27 20:14:47 +0000 UTCI'm a guy who likes the original script of FFT. Yeah its got issues but it has some bangers. Not a fan of shakespearing it up in the way they did too much. Like the guys mention, it had some bits that just work, translated entirely accurately or not. I was happy to hear Austin thinks its worthwhile too.
