2025-09-12 23:29:09 +0000 UTCSo in Japanese the Hyashii lead singer and VA is the lead singer of GRANRODEO which is a fantastic band (They do a ton of the Bungou Stray Dogs openings because the singer is the VA for a prominent side character) and the English VA and singer is the vocalist from Dragon Force. In both version the guitar is done by the Megadeth guitarist.

2025-08-15 23:16:51 +0000 UTCFun little fact, a friend of mine (yes the same Japanese friend I often mention) is a former visual kei artist, so yes, as far as I was concerned when I went to Japan, it was totally normal to have a visual kei group just rock up to my obaa-san's house 😂 my friend brought his friends on the way to a live show that I ended up going to so they were all in costume and makeup. For his privacy though, I'm not allowed to say who he was or anything like that but Google visual kei and you will get a sense for it. It is inspired by 80s glam rock though and don't be fooled, most of them are indeed men

2025-08-09 02:56:46 +0000 UTCone thing i love about momo is that not only does she like okarun for who he is, she also loves him for his selflessness. and part of that reason is because seiko carries that same trait and she aspires to be like her grandma as well. and my favorite scene from this show so far is that flashback between okarun and seiko. its pure moments like those that make this show so impactful.
