As someone from Germany here‘s a little fun fact: The city in which Haein was supposed to get her treatment and we saw her sitting at the main station is Heidelberg. However, the palace with all those stairs at which Hyunwoo comes to meet her is in a completely different city called Potsdam. It takes like 7 hours to get there from Heidelberg haha 😊 Both are beautiful cities though ❤️

I was hearing the Norwegian Sprekken(sp?) Which is a creature, because the dialect of German my family speaks I've only known "Spreche sie deutsch" I keep finding out in weird ways that my German be bodunk country bumpkin German lol. Anyway, the more you know. Also fun fact about the lifeline. Everyone takes that to mean the length of your life but the only time your lifeline indicates length of life is when you have another line crossing through it that stops abruptly short, which means that there's going to be an illness or accident that could cut your life shorter than it was meant to be. If you have a long line that cuts through it, it means your life could be altered drastically depending on a crossroads moment. But a clean lifeline represents the quality of life you'll live. If you have a long one, you'll be full and surrounded by small and large happinesses but if the line is short, it means that you will have poor quality of life, with few moments of happiness and few things to take joy in. Coming from my I guess "alternative" perspective, I thought that was hugely beautiful and impactful to be knitted into the story like it was, and while many think "aw it's because she's sick and he's giving her a longer life" what it really means is that she's sad and lonely with very few people she can rely on with very few happy moments in life, and him drawing the longer line for her says "I will be your happiness"

There are a few other actors here whom you have seen in CLOY, too. The two bodyguards that follow Hyun-woo around — they are the two guys who worked tirelessly to find Se-ri, Se-ri's assistant and her insurance advisor! You might also be familiar with Beom-ja — she is Young-ae, the senior colonel's wife whom the ladies of the NK village fawn over! Queen of Tears is by the same studio that made CLOY and It's Okay Not to Be Okay. I'm still gathering my courage to watch It's Okay Not to Be Okay with you though. 🥲 But I imagine there would be some of the same actors there too. 😄

However, the family kept dismissing, disrespecting, and treating him horribly, while she unfortunately didn't stand up for her husband like she said she would. And if she did, it was behind his back so he didn't know about it. I think that's what hits him deeper, because he expects it from her family but he didn't expect it from her. He only married into this family, knowing how ruthless they were, because he loved her.
