And the vice versa is also true. It’s more rarer for Dad figures to say words of affirmation than mom figures. But as you know they have quite a bit of say in our life choices and responsibilities. Until we’re making our own money and stable enough, they have this unwritten obligation to support their children. The lifelong say in your important decisions is always present. The love is always there tho, some may argue more than Western culture in various aspects.

I actually started this show because he looked like an idol (lee know) from the boy group StrayKids (you should definitely check them out btw), but I actually became a huge fan of his and have been waiting for him to be in something else so I can watch his amazing performance again! (Hopefully next time he'll be in a comedy my goodness give this man and emotional break 😭) love you guys! 🩷🩷

2025-01-15 23:51:49 +0000 UTCThat spot by Steph was amazing, I’ve watched both seasons twice and I never realised that until Steph said it! interesting thing about this episode is that the water wasn’t completely cgi they used real water to shoot through the wall at the end and then cgi’ed in the wave of water when they were running!

For example, when ppl date, they “好き” (suki) each other, or “like” each other. “Like” in this context can be used for anything, like “liking food (食べる事が好き).” Whereas with “愛” (ai), or love, it cannot be said, because it would devalue the word itself.
