I feel that's a big slap to yeonjin's face cuz he told her that he chose her because she was wearing the least out of the 3 arrangements.

2024-01-29 17:52:48 +0000 UTCCouple of things you guys were confused about - Jaejun got Yesol’s toothbrush(DNA test can be taken with a used toothbrush) which she uses in school they showed the missing toothbrush in school to imply from where it was sent. Now he knows that she is his daughter that’s why he kept calling Yeonjin whose call she did not pick up and when the trio met in last scene and were talking past each other he kept asking questions about Yesol which Yeonjin did not pay any attention to. - Yeojeong after his therapy session when he met his patient who was a teacher he kept asking those questions because he knew Dongeun would be a teacher by now(remember ep3 they met in a train after so many years & she mentioned she cleared the certification exam)so he was keen on knowing what a teacher does. Now for the things you guys missed - Hyejeong when she realised her phone was lost she was in Shanghai it was mentioned in the screen below - The scene in which Yeojeong got the first message from Dongeun just few secs back he was sleeping and a staff kept a letter near him which was addressed to him from Kang Yeongcheon please remember this also in ep3 when he met Dongeun in the train he mentioned he hates receiving letters and the scene cut to showing a letter addressed to him from prison please remember that too. - Also do remember the line Dongeun told to Yeojeong in the park ‘What I need is not prince but a headsman who will join me in the sword dance’ Thanks for your reaction guys!

Dongeun remembers everything, every second of the abuse. she will never forget, she feeds every bad memory with the revenge plans. her abusers have the privilage to forget. their memory is tainted by their egocentrism, power and such. they dont really remember what they did, but Dongeun will make them remember

She doesn't want to admit she's scared of what Dongeun could do because that means Dongeun has power over her. That's why she's anxious, but doesn't take Yesol out of the class. She uses other methods to try to 'solve' things as she usually does with offering money, threatening her back or using illegal methods to stop Dongeun.
