2023-01-08 14:39:00 +0000 UTChm then I guess this is something only some countries do because I have used my credit card in a lot of countries without any problems and never told my bank beforehand. Here I would be the one to suspend my card if it got stolen so there wouldn't be any fraudulent uses but the bank would never suspend my card because THEY think my purchases are "suspicious". That's kinda weird to me but interesting to see how it works in the US/other countries :D

2023-01-08 13:53:53 +0000 UTCYou absolutely have to let your bank know, which can usually just be done online! But they may assume it's fraudulent activity and put a hold on your account if you haven't informed them beforehand. From someone who works in finance :)

Maybe it's because the volume of the episode was lower? Idk. But I guess I just wanted to flag it in the hopes you'll pause more next time or turn up the BV episode volume or watch it when you're more in the mood to watch?
