Hey everyone! It's my favourite month of the year- August. The height of summer, and just relaxing warm evening vibes. Although, saying that, I got back from a holiday to Rome this month, and had an amazing time, but the heat was really something else. It was insane. Temps hit 40°C almost (approx 104°F)! Fortunately our apartment had AC, which I think is rare in Europe, but boy am I glad we had it.

We also went to a pasta-making class and learned how to make pasta carbonara from scratch! The day after getting back home, we did a cooking stream making that exact same (or almost anyway) pasta. I would say it was a success 😂 Do any of y'all have a favourite dish you like to cook? Or what's something you would really like to attempt but haven't yet?
