Facebook Ruined Photo Albums! Google Photos...?

Hey guys, 

Kinda random post. Every year on my personal Facebook I post photos I've taken. Chronologically. Each description has the date, where the photo was taken (location usually tagged for people interested in where we went) and whatever story might go with the photo. 

Facebook made recent changes as I'm sure most people know. I tried to add a handful of 2013 photos to my 2013 album the other night, and it took five minutes per photo to upload and drag into place chronologically. No, you can't sort by date. You can no longer transfer photos between albums, which was a great tool. Dating photos used to have a drop down menu, it'd take a few seconds to correct the date on a newly added photo that's however many years old. Now, you have to scroll through the calendar by month. 12 clicks per year, times however many years you're going back. It goes on... but I'm probably one of the few people who actually care about having large digital photo albums that are well put together. 

Scott Zillner mentioned Google Photos. I see there's a 15GB limit before you have to pay... but I looked into that last night anyway. You can drag photos from the desktop into the album and they automatically sort! Google knows where they go, what camera they were taken with, etc. I can tag the locations and a little map appears at the bottom of the screen. I can manually move photos around if I need to reorganize them. Why can't you do that, Facebook? 

Well, anyway, I'm posting this link kind of as a test. It could be a good thing for Patreon. Nothing specific in mind at the moment, but, good way to add photos that aren't just for everyone on Facebook.
