Green with Evil Location (Los Angeles)

So, for the duration of our California life, I wanted to visit this location. It was one of the few I didn't know of. I knew several people who knew, and they would not tell me. It was a big secret for some reason. Nobody else could know! :-p
I tried to find it a few times w/o any luck. I'm sitting here watching Green with Evil for the current MMPRtoys video I'm working on, and decided to try again. I'm pretty good at picking out clues from scenes and searching Google maps. Hey, look, I found it! So, here's a spite address! 1610 West 7th Street Corner, S Union Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90017
