I'm just kidding, lol! Truth to be told, I was far more embarrassed to turn in my character references for Chandry to our character sheet artist (cutetanuki-chan) than she was to receive them; there was a blithe lack of comment from her when I self-consciously told her she should now paint a vaguely eldritch, silly clown with a canonically hideous, garish outfit, so the process wasn't as painful as I was expecting! ๐คฃ I'm actually SHOCKED at how well she captured how I envisioned him in my mind, but then again, she always does a stellar job on each of the characters, and in this respect, Chandry was no different! What do you guys think? ๐คก Does he fit the idea in your mind, or were you expecting more of a Lovecraftian, non-Euclidean hovering prism, like I still sometimes imagine? I love his whimisical little rose, this is 100% how he wanders around on a day-to-day basis!
(But the true Chandry in my heart also still looks like this:)
