Added 2024-03-22 15:32:14 +0000 UTCHate it or love it, one of the most iconic Helldivers helmets has found its way to the March Specialist rewards as a Patreon EXCLUSIVE! That's right - Patreon will be the only place to get this helmet from us for the next few months.
The helmet has quite a complex design but we made it as easy to print as possible, with parts engineered to support those massive wings.
Included in the files is a variety of different assembled versions including with/without the wings. A visor buck for vacuum forming is added as well!
We've thrown in our personal Bambu Studio project and gcode files, which use 2mm diameter metal rods to support the cutup wings. Also make sure to use the proper "Ear Mounts" for each side as they need to be oriented a certain way for the wings to fit properly - we've marked Right and Left as well as up on the files to minimize the chance of a mistake (that we might've made ourselves).
Pre-separated parts are of course included and pre-cut parts for smaller printers as well!
