[New Files!] The classic DLT-19 has been released!

An old classic has been added to the November Specialist rewards! In this one we tackled the challenge of making a functional bipod with as little non-printed parts as possible. All you'll need is 2 6x3mm magnets, a 2mm diameter metal rod, and 2 small compression springs!

The main body uses a 1/2" diameter wooden dowel throughout it to reinforce the overall blaster.

An assembled version of the blaster is included to help reference where parts go - there's quite a lot of detail in this blaster. Bambu Studio project and GCODE files are also included!

The bipod works by using small magnets to join and hold both legs together, it then can swivel upwards and be held in place by a small catch. To lower and release the bipod simply pinch the small legs inside the bipod held in place with springs and it will release.

Shopping List:
2mm Metal Rods: https://amzn.to/4fVidJy
Spring kit: https://amzn.to/3ZaLaeW
Magnets: https://amzn.to/491JfMX
Wooden Dowel: Buy at craft store due to long length, 113 cm long

Hope you all enjoy!

I just started printing this and I was looking at the bipod bracket. I am curious where does it connect to the rifle? The part that it looks like it should go does not have a hole for the "peg" and there is no way just gluing the bipod to that spot is going to hold when folding open or closed

Brian Milson

Nice! Got plans to maybe add the 19x and 19d variants?

Charles Piner

Fantastic! Now I can save money and not buy a surplus MG42

Nathan Camomile

Very cool! I'll definitely need to add this to my arsenal! My top three SW blasters are the E-11, the DLT-19 and the DLT-20A! Keep up the great work!

Maybe I just missed it, but how long is the 1/2" dowel rod?
