No plane hit that building. The man's last name was Silverman. Which pull is a term for demolition of a building. Halliburton was headquartered and Enron was also headquartered in building 7 which both had legal problems during that time when 9/11 happen. They never repeated that statement about why Building 7 happen to collapse after the live broadcast. There was the Enron insider trading scandal and Halliburton was being investigated for using subsidized parts in the oil industry.
