My tinnitus symptoms have improved significantly โ as long as it's not an extremely tiring day, they're quite bearable. I no longer need masking music for daily life, and there are longer stretches when I donโt even notice the tinnitus if I ignore it.
However, my herniated disc is acting up again ๐ญ. Packing for the move today is really tough because of back pain. I really need your encouragement โ I want to regain my health as soon as possible.
