Where are the affidavits from RA and Attorney Gibson? Surely if these things were true they would have easily been proven at trial. The State also only has to turn the evidence over. They’re not responsible for organizing it for the opposing counsel. That’s literally what the defense is supposed to do. With this defense team, we should all pay less attention to what they say and focus more on what they DON’T say. There are reasons the Defense didn’t introduce any of this “evidence” at trial.

He was subjected to this every day. No convicted criminal or even prisoner of war could lawfully be treated the way he was. What they did to him was not only a violation of his constitutional rights, but was in direct violation of Indiana DoC policies.

2025-01-22 00:01:46 +0000 UTCI’ve said all along that he would be convicted but it would be overturned on appeal. The so-called confessions are meaningless since they were obtained under torture. He confessed to killing his grandchildren and he doesn’t even have grandchildren! This is one of the most outrageous injustices that has occurred in my lifetime.
