This is the end of the Monon High Bridge where Richard Allen demanded Abby and Libby down the hill. In his confession, Allen states he took them down the hill and a van drove past and scared him. Brad Weber testified in court he drove his van home from work at that time. Allen said in his confession he intended to rape the girls and a van scared him, and then he said he crossed the creek with the girls.

I'm so sorry about the nasty people. I found you because I traveled from channel to channel looking for someone that would tell me What at happened in court, not How to think. Abby and Libby were personal to me for a variety of reasons. I would not want the wrong person convicted.
