Moments after freshening up from an encounter with an unruly cyclops, Ares hears the telltale sound of battling! Though it isn't from his current time and space... it comes from somewhere in the future!

Mayor Mike Haggar -- on his quest to piledrive his way through the mean streets of Metro City and clean up crime to find his daughter, Jessica -- happens upon a strange man wearing a tiny, red thong and a flowing, breezy cape to match.

Ares came just a bit too late for the fight, but just in time to start another! Amused by the look of fury from the mustachioed modern man, Ares can only chuckle and bounce his pecs, provoking his would-be opponent to attack!

Assuming this redheaded punk to be yet another of Belger's henchmen, the musclebound mayor is ready to battle!
