Added 2022-04-01 11:51:52 +0000 UTCHey there everyone, I hope your week's ending well, and if not please do take this weekend for some self-care and replenish yourself. With the release of 0.7 a week back, Chapter 1 is reaching completion. As you may have guessed, by the end of Chapter 1 our main character will be leaving on an adventure around the world, and each upcoming chapter will have its own self-contained little story but with some elements connecting to a bigger over-arching plot, which leaves me some room to experiment with some simple or crazy little stories.
With that said, I would LOVE to hear about what you think of the game so far. What do you think is good? What do you think I could improve upon? What kind of stories and characters would you like to see in future chapters?
I have also seen some people saying that they don't really enjoy the main character's "edgier" look, which I understand. His appearance IS pretty important to the overall plot, but I plan on maybe changing his looks by the end of Chapter 1 in a way that still makes sense for the plot.

Thanks for your patronage Mel, what you've given me is already a lot, thank you for supporting my game c: As for the MC's look, I'll post some pictures in a couple of days to show how it could change, and how I would explain it in-game, do let me know which you prefer then. And hey I'm really glad that you like Lily and Grace, I have plenty more of new models prepared for the upcoming chapters, and I'm hoping to find ways to improve the render quality even further for the next chapters c: I'm even considering custom animations for when this project becomes more sustainable.

The MC's look didn't really bother me, I mean he was definitely "edgy" but I don't really think that's a problem. Either way I'm sorta indifferent when it comes to any changes to the MC I'm good with whatever so long as he doesn't look like a troll or something. I was really liking Lily and Grace's models though. I'd also like to mention that just the render quality and the animations were great so keep it up! I can't really think of any suggestions for the future so I'll just leave it at that. Take care.

2022-04-03 07:53:51 +0000 UTCThanks for taking the time to reply, thanks for your kind words and most of all, thanks for your patronage c: As for the MC's face, I've actually been thinking about "overhauling" it a little for chapter 2 onwards, try to make him have a more distinct and maybe mature face as you suggested. And for the hair and eyes, I'm not going to get rid of of his heterochromia and white hair for the rest of the story. I was thinking of including a story reason, something like the MC wanting to be treated like a more normal person as he travels instead of always attracting people's attention, so I was thinking of having him dye his hair black by the end of Chapter 1, and use either red or yellow contact lenses. What do you think? I'll post some pictures in a few days. Also if there's any sort of story/concept in particular you'd like to see in upcoming chapters, do let me know here or in DMs c:

2022-04-01 17:15:15 +0000 UTCSo far i love what youre doing and Its a somewhat unique direction to go, having the mc go on trip and then have self contained stories connected to an overarching plot. Assuming you are committed to that, I fully support it. As for the MC’s design i see no reason to change his “edgy” outlook, especially if theres important plot to it. My only real complaint about him is his face. He kinda has a baby face tbh, maybe people would be less turned away if he had more mature facial features? Just my two cents. But other than that hes fine, he stands out compared to other MCs in terms of design. Cant wait for the next update and cant wait to see more beautiful waifus :D
