One of the classics that started it all on the West Coast, it's the Sierra Nevada (Chico, CA) Pale Ale. What more can I say? Just a great beer.
And for an encore, I've got a From Astoria With Love from Fort George (Astoria, OR). A Russian Imperial Stout that doesn't skimp on the chocolate, coffee and bitter nuances. Terrific if you like this style of beer.
