Meet Baphael the Felaryan Genie!
Baphael is a powerful genie, a sorcerer who tried to seal her as his servant against her will, but his protections were weak, and she broke free and ate him. However, she was also weakened and partially bound by the contract, and now roams Felarya, hunting down mages to grant "wishes" to, where in return, she gets to eat them and steal their power, hoping to break her contract!
Why is she participating in this Festival?...who knows...maybe she has some sinister intentions!
