Reworked the entire chem/consumables system. Please note that the UI still needs to be setup for this, which will come at a later date.
With this comes a new "addiction" system. Addiction can be caused by using a chem while that same chem is already currently in use. This will cause the players vision to periodically blur for a short amount of time. If the player again uses another chem while that same chem is active and the player already has stage 1 addiction, then stage 2 addiction will occur. This will cause the players vision to blur even faster, until the addiction expires. This entire system will very likely be massively tweaked or changed completely after extended testing.
In order to prevent unintended behavior, chems will not "stack" buffs if repeatedly used on top of each other. Specific timings and functionality are still subject to change, but here's where they're at so far:
Auto-Inject Stimpak:
- Automatic activation below 25% HP
- Can be used in combination with any chem
- Invincibility for 5 seconds
Stimpak:
- Invincibility for 10 seconds
Jet:
- Slo-mo for 15 seconds (SOLO)
- Increased specialist use time (COOP)
Psycho:
- 3X Damage Multiplier
- Lowered movement speed
- Lasts 30 seconds
Med-x:
- Rapid HP regen
- Lasts 20 seconds
DayTripper:
- Double points
- Lasts 20 seconds
Buffout:
- Increases sprint/movement speed
- Infinite sprint duration
- Lasts 120 seconds
Cateye:
- Highlights nearby enemies and items
- Lasts 120 seconds
Rad-X:
- Blocks all radiation
- Lasts 60 seconds
RadAway:
- Removes all accumulated radiation
- Lasts 10 seconds
Glowing Blood:
- Blocks all radiation
- Removes all accumulated radiation
- Lasts 120 seconds
All of these will be included in the next test-map update soon.
