Weekly update #41 - Wrapped up the Clem scene remaster, moving on to release phase

Hey all,

One of the last weekly before public release, hopefully!

I wrapped up the scene remaster with coloring & background for the Clem part of the stream, so the extended scene with both parts of the stream is mostly polished and finished now, which is good news.

I overall liked how this whole artwork remaster ended up looking like, and I feel like I'm getting pretty comfortable with the whole coloring/lighting/shading process. When I hone the same kind of proficiency when working with backgrounds, the whole drawing process should get increasingly streamlined, especially considering the time I can also save by working on colored artworks from the get go instead of shipping sketch lineart and going back later for the coloring as I've been doing until now.

My point being, as I'm practicing I'm also streamlining the art part of the workload which means efficiency and productivity increases.

So to keep working within the schedule I settled on, there's a bunch of things to wrap up before I can ship the public release, which is mostly integration stuff, namely:

As I mentioned in the last blogspot, I may spend just a bit of time (probably not more than a day should I decide to commit) to see if I can animate a part of the Clem scene, but I'm not entirely settled on this. There's a bunch of stuff to do and I don't want to delay things too much. Will keep you guys posted, of course!
