Hey man, have you had eyes on Ren (Renmakesmusic)? He definitely qualifies as a "white rapper" but there is WAY more gong on there. Especially about the industry itself.
His "Hi Ren" created a reaction tsunami over the last year, and his Sick Boi hit #1 hiphop album sales in the UK. But again there's a hell of a lot more to say, right now just want to shine a light on it here for you and yours.
I wanted to make a suggestion on this at YT and left a longish one, then I realized how just many other comments there were. So I put my money where my mouth was going, and here I am.

yet another white person challenging why all their media intake has been white-centric here. in lieu of a discord i'll just shitpost about this unheard of tv-series here instead :p
just saw "swirlconomics" and Ving Rhames character from a 1989 tv-series came to mind. since this (so far mostly lost media) portrays a guy in an all black relationship.
it's just called Men. think friends or cheers but black people exist - and you can't remove Ving Rhames role from the friendgroup here without removing most plotpoints and more than half the screentime, so i'd say his character is essential. can't say that about anything i've ever been recommended by people. so i keep harping on this old show.
like it seems that's a whole tv-series of Ving Rhames in a role of grounded man with a steady family life: husband wife two(?) kids and nothing dramatic. the other maincast are distinctly white messy immature sometimes criminal (like seeking to misuse the systems that privilieges them for personal gain, not spoiling plot) and with relationship statuses like unhappy or playing or cheating... he's none of that while being who holds that friendgroup together. likely because his character is outspoken, in touch with himself and those around him, he takes no shit - but doesn't make an entire room stop to listen to him, all while being able to be all soft and decisive in like every scene... he's the one that holds the show together. is that a good way to describe his character? i really wanna see more or anything like his presentation of masculinity here. like the way he hugs his friends?? the way he lashes out when they're all drunk and they're annoying? like he's not anything idyllic or sensationalist: he's just a guy in a friendgroup, yet that's amazing to me. idk i've also just never gotten to see the actor play a non-antagonistic role or a caricature.
welp. i just couldn't help but write a block of text about it- that's all. it exists. i wanna hear people talk about it (and unearth the rest of the episodes)
it's "lost media", but sharing for interest
it's just called Men (1989)

@02:05 @20:48 @28:15 @40:24 @47:09 @52:42 if you wanna jump to the start of every scene he's integral to. it seems sparse but he's on for up to a dozen minutes each scene, so that's why.
and yes, the young white guy seems like he's about to go joker any scene he's in, while his white seniors play it off - only Ving Rhames talks up about it and that's a central point of tension. which is like- that was 1989. i really really wanna see more of the show.
anyhow so that's soon fourty years ago. i look forward to the discord if only for the media recommendations of anything since then. thanks for reading :p
