Development Update!
Added 2024-09-09 07:27:19 +0000 UTCGood Monday everyone!
With the Early Access release out, I've received some valuable feedback, which will guide improvements in both gameplay and design. It’s exciting to see how your input is helping shape the game. Let’s dive into the changes and updates:
What Has Been Said?
Bugs:
Several smaller bugs were identified and have now been fixed:
Max Talk Bug: Talking to Max in the afternoon triggered a "max_talk_afternoon" error. (Solved)
Rent Payment Issue: Rent wasn't deducted from the player’s wallet when paid. (Solved)
Scene Labeling: Some "naughty" scenes were mislabeled and have now been corrected. (Solved)
Grammar:
I’ve received reports of some grammar mistakes. I’ll be going through the feedback and making corrections in the next version.
Gameplay Feedback:
Map Navigation Improvements: A suggestion to improve map navigation was received: make doors interactive within the house and link the map icon to the hallway before allowing access to the full map. I’ll be exploring this idea further, as it can make gameplay more intuitive and immersive.
Sound Effects: One major request was to include sound effects, especially for certain scenes. Currently, the game lacks these, so I’ll be looking into incorporating lewd sound effects where appropriate to enhance immersion.
What I’ve Been Working On:
Over the weekend, I finished a new animation for the Max Pool date that didn’t make it into Early Access but will be included in the public launch!
Plans Moving Forward:
Emma's Content: Emma’s storyline is my top priority now. I aim to introduce more repeatable content for Emma, giving players a variety of interactions at any time.
Gym Introduction: As part of Emma's expansion, the gym will become an integral part of the story. While the gym is not in the game yet, I’ve been working on it behind the scenes. Expect Fabian to also feature more prominently in this setting.
Zelda Content: If time allows after Emma’s update, I’ll focus on Zelda’s storyline as well. However, the priority is Emma for the rest of this month.
Thank you for all the feedback and continued support. I’m excited to keep improving the game and can’t wait for you to see what’s next!
With all my love,
Fluffy
