To Turn Back Time 8

“Well that was exciting.”Kate said from her spot in formation walking with her family toward the town on the reservation. Looking behind her she saw a group of wolves with Leah in her human form standing in front of them blocking the Cullens from coming on to the reservation. Kate had been completely surprised that the dozen wolves that came to training weren’t the only ones in the pack. There were twenty at the line when they crossed over. Kate figured the Cullens didn’t know about the wolves numbers either because she had seen the shocked and angry expressions on the Cullens faces when they saw them. She did think it was smart of the wolves not to trust the Cullens. Edward had probably been plotting to kill them once he found out about them. Especially because they could block his gift. Kate was hoping the Cullens would be stupid and Edward would gain a lot of scarring and maybe lose a limb. He didn’t need to be in perfect condition when he ran to Italy.

“I didn’t realize the wolves have such large numbers.”Tanya like Kate thought the ones at training were the only ones in the area.

“I told you they don’t trust the Cullens. Even now they aren’t showing their full force. Which consist of 35 wolves.”Isabella didn’t trust the Cullens either.

“35 wolves!”Eleazar had never heard of a shifter population being so high.

“They are actually made up of two different packs that were connected by the alpha imprinting on a member of the other pack. When the imprint expressed her anxiety at being away from her pack the alpha offered to let them live here. At the time I had put a lot of money into the reservation so they had plenty of opportunities. Because of that and the programs I set up for the shifters her entire pack moved here to be with her.”Isabella explained.

“It’s nice that she didn’t have to lose her family due to the bond.”Irina was extremely thankful that she too didn’t have to lose her family to be with Isabella.

“Do you know a lot of shifters?”Rosalie asked.

“I do as I have traveled this world and see ever nook and cranny of it hundreds if not thousands of times. I was the one to introduce the two wolf packs actually.”Isabella had seen everything the world had to offer.

“Do you ever get excited about anything you come across or has everything become boring?”Emmett wouldn’t find joy in seeing the same thing over and over again.

“I don’t exactly get excited about things. Even in the beginning I didn’t. I think I was too stressed and scared to take a moment and enjoy the experience of traveling through time. Then after I helped the Volturi gain control I have dedicated myself to making Irina and her sisters happy and keeping them safe working on the goal of finally being able to have a future that I don’t have to erase with them. I haven’t been successful yet but I’ve gotten good feedback from my future shelves so I think I might be on the right track.”Isabella at least hoped she was.

“How many times have you joined us?”Kate would have to do something to thank Isabella for all she gave them.

Isabella smiled sadly.”I lost caught after the 48th time.”

“Jesus.”Tanya wasn’t sure how Isabella stayed sane after experiencing something extreme so many times.

“This time I’m sure you got it right because me and Rose are here to help you. We weren’t there before were we?”Emmet figured they weren’t because Isabella hadn’t mention anything but saving them.

“No you weren’t. I have met you in five timelines. The first one I didn’t even meet you Emmet because I had talked to Rose and found out what happened too. Once I did I excused myself and changed the timeline. I left her with the Cullens to save you until it was obvious you two weren’t meant to be with the Cullens. That’s why it was me not Rose who saved you this time. I thought that they pair of you would thrive with the Denali.”Isabella should have done it the first time she changed their timelines.

“They have thrived with us. A lot more than they could have with the Cullens.”Carmen felt that Rosalie and Emmett were made for the Denali.

“See we weren’t there. That means that with our help you’re going to be able to keep this timeline.”Emmet was sure he and his mate would be the reason Isabella could keep the current timeline.

“My husband is right. With us helping there is no way you are going to have to fix the timeline.”Rosalie at least hoped not because she was going to fulfill her dream of being a mother. Something she thought would never happen. It didn’t matter that the baby wasn’t her own she would love it like it was.

“Alright let’s stop talking about the depressing stuff. We are here for a day of fun. Where should we start?”Kate didn’t want to talk about heavy topics that would depress everyone. She wanted to spend the day having fun with her new family member.

“Well we could start shopping but we would have no place to put our purchases so how about we go buy some cars.”Isabella was looking forward to revealing the car dealership’s secret.

“That’s probably a good idea.”Tanya thought having a vehicle was important.

“The dealership is right over there.”Isabella pointed over Irina’s shoulder from her spot riding on Irina’s back.

“Is that a 1930’s Rolls Royce Phantom 2?”Rosalie was sure that wasn’t the car she was seeing. There was no way a car dealership in such an out of way town had one. Looking away from that car Rosalie stopped short when she saw some of the other cars in the lot.”What the fuck?”

“You ok babe?”Emmett didn’t see anything that would upset Rosalie.

“I am far from ok. How do they have all those different types of cars?”Rosalie saw new cars but mostly the lot was filled with antique cars looking to be in mint condition.

“Are they reproductions?”Irina loved old cars just as much as Rosalie.

“No they are all original with the original interior and original parts. Nothing has been replaced or restored.”Isabella held back a smile at their reactions.

“I may have to buy more than one.”Rosalie was already making a plan on how to ship them home.”Come on.”

“Rosalie slow down humans can see you.”Tanya reminded Rosalie who was walking way too fast to be considered human towards the dealership.

Rosalie lessoned her speed to a very quick walk. Making her way on the car lot she went right to the Rolls-Royce Phantom. Opening the driver’s side door Rosalie inspected the inside finding Isabella was right. It was all original.”Where did they find this in such good condition?”

“What’s your dream car?”Isabella asked Rosalie once Irina set her down.

“My dream car is a Bugatti Type 41 Royale Kellner Coupe.”It was a car from Rosalie human years that she had always admired.

“Alright.”Isabella said before disappearing.

“Where did she go this time?”Irina looked around to see if Isabella appeared somewhere else. She wished her mate would tell when she did something like that so she was prepared. When she noticed Isabella standing by the dealership building she sighed in relief.

“Hey everyone come over here.”Isabella yelled.

“Now what is she up to?”Kate predicted they were in for a fun surprise.

“What’s up?”Emmett asked when everyone met up with Isabella.

“Follow me.”Isabella walked ahead of everyone leading them behind the building where they were a bunch of different cars parked.

Rosalie zeroed in on one car in particular. She put over her mouth to hold back sob. She swallowed her emotions and willed her eyes to clear of the venom tears that would never fall.”How?”

“The dealership is owned and run by the wolves. Due them knowing my secrets it gives me the opportunity to go back in time buy a car and bring it to them in the present. When you told me what your dream car was I went back in time purchased it and bought it back to you. So Rose her you are your very own dream car.”Isabella told her.

“Wait you can get any vehicle you want in brand new condition?”Irina was already making a mental list of all the ones she wanted Isabella to get her.

“I can come back with anything I want. I just have to be touching it when I travel.”Isabella brought all different sized stuff back with her.

“That’s so rad.”Kate like Irina was already making a list of the large items she wanted Isabella to bring back for her.

“We will discuss every item that you want Isabella to bring back for anyone before she is allowed to do it.”Tanya could already predict what a headache the family was going to be with asking Isabella to bring them things.

“Let’s get back to the cars. Should we all get one now or should we just a family one so we don’t have to drive them all back home.”Emmett was going to ask Rosalie to pick out a cool car for him to get from Isabella because she knew the most about them.

“Emmett makes a good point. I would love to get an antique car but I not only don’t want to drive it home I don’t trust the Cullens not to wreck it.”Eleazar was going to research to find a good car for himself.

“We definitely can’t trust the Cullens.”Carmen also wanted a car but knew that the Cullen’s would wreck it out of spite.

Rosalie growled at the thought.”If one of those fuckers touches my car I will kill them.”

“To prevent that should I take the car home before we leave the reservation?”Isabella thought that would be the only way to prevent it from getting wreck.

“I’m going to drive it around for a little while first.”Rosalie wasn’t going to miss the chance to drive her dream car.

“Do you want company or is this something you need to do by yourself?”Emmett wouldn’t be offended if Rosalie didn’t want him to ride with her. Sometimes she just needed to be alone to process things.

“I am going to talk a solo drive this time. You can ride shot gun when we are home.”Rosalie appreciated the fact that Emmett understood that something she wanted to experience things by herself. Hoping in the car Rosalie started the vehicle smiling at how smooth the engine sounded. She really hated that she would only get one ride before having to part with the car. It would just make her be extra violent when dealing with the newborns, Victoria and Laurent. Putting the car in drive she waved to her family and drove away.

“Alright now we need a car that can fit all of us. Any suggestions?”Tanya asked.

“Ooo I know. A sixties VW bus.”Kate thought that would be perfect for them.

“It would fit all of us and Kate has always begged to get one.”Irina wasn’t against the idea.

“From what I know they have a lot of room inside so I am ok with it because I won’t be squished when riding in it.”Emmett hated how small cars were because his body never fit properly.

“I have always wanted to live a hippy lifestyle.”Eleazar had been really into the hippy movement in the United States. If it weren’t for the sun he would have attended a lot of events they held.

“I’m alright with it.”Carmen didn’t mind the van.

Tanya tried to think of a reason the van wouldn’t work. She didn’t find one.”Then Isabella would you please purchase a VW van for us?”

“On it.”Isabella said before disappearing again.

“That is so cool.”Kate wished she could teleport. She didn’t want to travel through time however. Not after learning about the disappearing timelines Isabella lived through. Kate wasn’t strong enough to go through all that loss and it not effect her.

“Great color.”Eleazar really liked the bright orange color of the van that had appeared out of thin air right in front of him.

“I figured if you guys wanted retro you should go all in.”Isabella thought that Kate would like the loud color best.

“I love it.”Kate would have picked the same color herself.

“I got it registered and insured in Tanya’s name so it’s all set to drive.”Isabella pointed to the front bumper.”Even got the Alaska plates for it.”

“That is handy.”Tanya was happy they wouldn’t have to deal with the hassle to make the van legal.

Emmet opened the side door and looked inside.”This is actually a nice van.”

“Usually the ones you find now a days have been renovated so people can live out of them.”Kate had found the idea interesting.

“Alright now we have a vehicle what are we doing?”Irina wanted to do something with her mate. Not have her mate spending all their time together traveling back in time.

“You mentioned that you wanted to get new clothes. We can leave the van here and go shopping on the main strip if you want.”Isabella suggested.

“Let’s do that. I’ll text Rosalie where to meet up with us when she is done.”Tanya didn’t expect Rosalie to be done for a while.

“Good then we will start at one end of the strip and then work our way back to the other.”Isabella told them.

“What kind of stores are on the strip?”Irina asked.

“Pretty high end stores for clothing. Gucci, Prada, Chanel a few other high end brands.”Isabella was cut off by Kate.

“They have a Gucci store so close to the Cullens and Alice doesn’t know about it.”Kate would have thought Alice would break the treaty just to go shopping.

“The Cullens don’t really talk to anyone and I have never told them anything about the reservation. If they asked what I did I would just tell them I hang out at Leah’s house or we spent time at the beach. I didn’t want them to know anything about this place. I knew if they found out they would bug the wolves about being able to visit. Something that neither I or the wolves would ever allow.”Isabella didn’t want the Cullens in the same state as the reservations. There was no way she was letting them visit it.

“Alice would blow a gasket if she found out that there were designer stores so close. I even see a Tiffanys.”Irina was going to stop at the jewelry store and buy something for Isabella. It wouldn’t be a ring because they weren’t at that point yet. Irina was hoping that an engagement would be coming soon though.

“The store that I think Emmet and Kate would most interested in is Paw Print Games. It’s a pack owned video game store that I supply games for it the same way I provide cars for the dealership.”Isabella had no problems using her gift to help the shifters in any way she could.

“Oh shit you can get your hands on any video game in existence. Even from the future.”Emmett had thought about the possibility before but it became real to him at that exact second.

“I can. I actually have video game systems and games from the future in my bunker were I play them when I get a chance.”Isabella told him.

“I really need to go to your bunker.”Kate would die if she never got the chance to go to Isabella’s bunker.

“We will have to make a time to do that in the future.”Isabella wasn’t sure about letting people in her bunker and would need to take some time to decide if she would allow it.

“Sweet.”Emmett was excited to visit Isabella’s bunker.

“That being said where does everyone want to start?”Tanya to wanted to go to Isabella bunker to see all the things she collected during her travels.

“I don’t want to shop for clothes with you guys because I will be going with Rosalie when she gets done with her car.”Emmett was more than ok with going clothes shopping with Rosalie because it was something Rosalie like to do with him.

“I don’t want to go clothes shopping either. How about me and Emmet go to the video game store while you shop for clothes.”Kate liked to shop for clothes but the other stores were more interesting.

“There is a book store that I think Eleazar would like that he can visit while we are shopping.”Isabella said.

“Is this a store you supply with books?”Getting a head nod from Isabella Eleazar smiled.”I am going to check out the book store.”

“I’m going to shop for clothes.”Carmen had gotten dirty during the crash and wanted to change into clean clothes.

“We are as well.”Irina wasn’t going to miss the opportunity to shop at designer stores. The places they were usually located were in towns and cities where the weather wasn’t good for vampires.

“It sounds like we all have a plan.”Tanya herself was excited to shop at designer stores because they usually did get a chance. She like all the women in the family loved clothes and had kept up with all the modern styles.

“We will let you guys now when we are done.”Kate said.

“Oh Eleazar about the books. The way I got them is that I went back to the year the were written then left them in my bunker where they aged properly. So the books are truly antique. I don’t just bring them right back to the present.”Isabella told him.

“Why do you do that?”Eleazar asked.

“Because if they didn’t have the proper aging then everyone would think they were a reproduction. No one is going to believe that the wolves got a book from the 6th century that looks brand new.”Isabella explained.

“That actually makes sense and with you putting it in your bunker when you come back to the present it’s already sat there long enough for you to sell it.”Irina thought it was a good idea.

“Two questions one did you say you got a book from the 6th century and two how did it get properly aged when your bunker wasn’t created at that time?”Eleazar had only seen any books and written documents from the 14th century and forward.

“I have gotten books from further in the past than that. The book store is actually quite famous all around the world because of its constant inventory of antique rare books. They get visitors from all over the world that come here just to visit it. As to the bunker. When I came up with the idea to have a permanent place to stay while I was traveling to the past or the future. Irina and I picked the spot when we said I love you to each for the first time. I then went back in time well before the pyramids were built and with materials form the future built the bunker then. That way I had it all throughout history. I have just made sure to reclaim the land every few decades so no one else buys it form me.”Isabella loved her bunker. It had helped her out a lot throughout the years.

“You’re saying that you built a modern day bunker well before the pyramids had been built and it’s been there all this time?”Tanya couldn’t imagine that Isabella’s bunker had been around so long.

“Yes I needed somewhere that was safe to stay on my travels. I enlisted my future selfs to help me build it as well as add the proper security. The security was done by four of me that all came back from the 3000’s and used their technology to make sure no one was going to break in. If they tried the would lose their lives.”Isabella appreciated the heightened security on her bunker.

“The 3000’s?”Kate asked.

Isabella nodded.”I have visited the 3000’s in this time line. If it doesn’t have to get erased then you all are going to enjoy what the future holds for vampires. Everything is different for all of you then. You no longer will have to hide and will become very well respected.”

“What happens to the kings?”Irina knew that the only way for the vampires to be exposed would be for the kings to die.

“They make themselves an enemy that is more powerful and influential than they could ever wish to be and ignore all the warnings to leave them alone. Once the conflict is over that enemy takes over the vampire world and uses their influence to integrate them seamlessly into the human world. It gets a little uncomfortable at first but then the vampires are given access to a blood substitute so they don’t have to feed from humans or animals anymore. That makes the humans trust them.”Isabella explained.

”Did you just say they’re a substitute for a vampire needing to hunt?”Tanya was sure that isn’t what Isabella was saying.

“Yes I have bunch of it in my bunker along with the instructions on how to make it. I was going to bring it up when I got settled in Alaska.”Isabella had gotten the information to give to her family.

“Are there any side effects?”Eleazar asked.

“I was told by numerous vampires I asked who drank that the blood made them feel better than drinking human blood did. That they got all the attribute to their body like when they were a newborn. Their thirst and craving for blood was complete eliminated. They said they didn’t feel the burn in their throats at all and only thought about feeding because they wanted to continue feeling that way because they didn’t actually crave blood. They were also able to be around humans without their smells bothering them. What else?”Isabella took a minute to think it over.”Oh the blood caused their human eye color to come back. I’m sure there are other things I can’t think of right now. I have it all written down in a notebook.”

Irina stared at Isabella in open mouth shock.”You have access to this right now?”

“Yeah I have a six months supply that will take care of everyone in the coven. If you don’t want to make it yourselves I can travel to the future and get you more.”Isabella had figured the coven would want to make their own.

“Is it hard to make?”Carmen was extremely interested in the blood.

“No not really. I have all the equipment needed to do it in my bunker.”Isabella made sure they had everything they needed to make it.

“I am very tempted to send you to your bunker to get us some right now.”Kate wanted to experience everything Isabella told them the blood did for vampires.

“It would be nice not to have to deal with the constant thirst and overwhelming desire to kill humans all the time.”Emmett was sure Rosalie would want the blood as well. His mate hated being controlled by her need to feed. She thought it took away some of her humanity.

“Unfortunately we can not because it changes our eye color and we can’t have Aro seeing it when he reads Edward. However I would very much like for you to get some for us when we get to Alaska so that we can try it. As to making it we will have to see exactly how it’s done before we decide.”Tanya once again thanked whoever matched Isabella up with Irina and brought the teenager into their lives. Every time Isabella opened her mouth it was usually about something that would benefit the coven. Some of those things being for the coven’s enjoyment other things for the covens protection or something that would help the coven thrive. All of those things gave the Denali an edge over the rest of the world population. It didn’t matter what species Isabella seemed to have a way to make sure the Denali were standing at the top.

“The fucking Cullens ruin everything.”Kate hated her cousins so freaking much.

“Less than a week then we are all free of Edward and never have to be nice to the rest of them again.”Emmett was beyond excited for the day they revealed that Isabella had always been a Denali. It was going to cause chaos once the Cullens found out.

“I am looking forward to being done with all this and finally being able to claim my mate.”Irina hated not being able to have her arm around Isabella snuggled together while they walk down the street.

“Let’s just hope we all don’t fuck it up and I have to redo the time line.”Isabella really hoped this was the right one.

“How does that work? When you have to redo a time line do you have to do something to erase it?”Eleazar asked.

“Kind of. When I have to erase a time line I go back in time to chance events that I believe are the reason the future turned out how it did. Like the time I went back to with Sasha. I saved her daughter thus changing not only who Tanya’s parents originally wore but making Tanya a noble woman instead of a prostitute.”Isabella was cut off by Kate’s laughing.

“Tanya was a prostitute in one time line?”Kate was definitely going to tease Tanya about that later.

“You should be so quick to judge especially because in one time line you were a slave who was forced to have 8 children with various men because they thought your exotic looks would make them more beautiful children.”Isabella had changed that time line as well.

“Shit.”Kate put that as one more thing to thank Isabella for preventing.

“Anyway I go back to the event that needs to be changing and that one small event creates a butterfly effect. I then search out all of you including you and Carmen Eleazar and start working on how to make your lives better so that by the time I join you we can relax and have a good life together. If the time line is changed though I have to go back and do everything I did that worked in the ones I erased. Like with fighting the Romanians. I have fought that battle hundreds of times. Most of them without using the flame thrower. So what I’m trying to say is that I always exist but the other versions of me have are erased from the time lines I changed and once they do they are every changing due to the events I set in motion or because of the many things I task them with doing. All of them get their instructions from me because I am the original Isabella.”Isabella wasn’t sure she explained it properly but that was the best she could do.

“That’s so weird to think about how many times you have had to redo the same thing over and over.”Emmett thought he would have gone insane a long time ago if he was Isabella.

Isabella shrugged.”It’s the only way to give all of a happy life. I’m just hoping this time I won’t have to erase the time line. It will all depend on how we do against the newborns, Victoria and Laurent though. The hopefully I can convince Edward I am dead and he runs to Aro.”

“I thought you said that was going to happen.”Irina said.

“It’s what going to happen if Edward believes I’m dead. The future isn’t set in stone some outside force could interfere and ruin the future I’m trying to create. That reminds me I was wondering if any of you would help me dig up a dead body?”Isabella asked.

“What the fuck?!”Emmett exclaimed.

“I’m in.”Kate didn’t even have to know the details. She would happily go dig up a dead body with Isabella.

Tanya pinched the bridge of her nose.”Why do you need to dig up a dead body?”

“I need one so that I can leave it at the scene of my death. None of the Cullens will believe I’m dead without a body.”Isabella knew that the Cullens would never believe she was actually dead if they didn’t have proof.

“How are you going to pass the body as your own?”Irina was going to help her mate succeed in faking her death even if that meant digging up a dead body.

“Well I am going to stage it to look like I crashed my motorcycle into a tree. Then my bike is going to catch fire burning my body beyond recognition. Before you say that someone would come before the body is burnt properly. I plan on burning the body beforehand. Then I’m going to ask one of the wolves to drive my motorcycle full speed into a tree on the reservation. That will give me the time to set up the scene before the Cullens get there.”Isabella told them.

“They aren’t going to think it’s your body.”Carmen didn’t think the Cullens would ever believe that Isabella was the dead body.

“They will because I have filled five blood bags with my blood and will be cutting some of my hair to leave at the scene. It will make it so they will have no doubt that I was the body they found.”Isabella was positive her plan would work.

Kate thought about it.”That is actually kind of genius.”

“I think it would work.”Emmett was excited to be involved in grave robbing. It was things like that that proved life was going to be a lot more fun with Isabella around.

“How are we going to pick a body?”Irina thought it would work as well.

“I already have one picked. They died last week and before you say anything they were not a good person. They were in jail for child abuse and committed suicide. The family for some reason thought it was ok to burry her in the family plot.”Isabella thought the Iowan deserved to have her body taken.

Tanya shook her head at the craziness of the situation.”Alright we will discuss all this when we get back to your house. A public setting isn’t the right place to plan this. Now everybody let’s get back to shopping. We don’t want to miss our chance.”

“Yeah we want to have some time for dirt bikes.”Isabella wanted to show Irina how fun they are.

“We will meet up with you late.”Kate said as she and Emmet walked away from them.

“I’m going to go drain our bank account on rare books my love.”Eleazar joked.

Carmen leaned forward and gave him a kiss.”You buy whatever you want.”

“See you later.”Eleazar gave her one last kiss before walking away.

“You know you guys don’t have to worry about money anymore right? I not only have trillions of dollars available at all times but I have a way to get surefire stock tips if any of you want them.”Isabella offered.

Irina snapped her head to Isabella so fast she felt somewhat dizzy.”You have trillions of dollars?”

“Well of course. Ever time line I do all I can to make money. I start as early in time as I can and continue to build my fortune as the years pass. Be it by investing, stealing, patenting inventions some my own some other peoples from a different time line. I have always made it a priority to have a lot of wealth.”Isabella would never be poor again.

“Well I would like some of those investment tips and appreciate they offer of you supporting the coven. I will talk it over with the others and we will decide who is comfortable with it. I personally am but the others may not be.”Tanya didn’t mind having Isabella support the coven financially. The time travel had more wealth than the Denali or any other coven including the Volturi could ever dream of. It would be nice to have no limitations on their spending.

“I’m comfortable with it.”Irina didn’t mind Isabella supporting her.

“Good we will figure out who else is and I will get you all access to my various bank accounts.”Isabella would like it if the coven let her contribute to supporting them. It would make her feel like she wasn’t taking advantage of them.

“Now let’s go buy some clothing.”Carmen would talk to eleazar about Isabella supporting them later. She wasn’t against tit but wanted his opinion.

“I’m very excited for this. One of my favorite things to do in any time lines is taking Irina shopping and having her model the clothing for me.”Isabella told them.

“What a coincidence  one of my favorite things I have ever done is going shopping with you and you giving me your opinion on every outfit I try on.”Irina said as she grabbed Isabella by the hand and pulled her into the first store. She didn’t let go of that hand either as she pulled Isabella to the first display of clothing. Irina didn’t think it mattered if she held hands with her mate while she was shopping. It was something that friends did and if it got back to the Cullens they would just think that Irina was trying to seduce Isabella. They would never even consider that they were mated. Irina held back a sigh. She wished that she could just claim Isabella right away and not have to wait. The only thing really stopping her was that she didn’t want Isabella to have to erase the timeline. Irina still had hundreds of questions about what decisions Isabella made to get them to this very moment and why had Isabella shown herself to Irina all those years ago if she wasn’t going to stay. That also brought up thoughts of why Isabella didn’t stay and why she waited so long to find Irina again. It was obvious she could have done it easily because she brought Emmet to their home. Irina was trying not to be angry at Isabella but it was hard not knowing the exact reason. Irina shook the thought away and refocused on her mate. They were going to have a day together without the Cullens interfering. Irina wanted to spend the entire time having fun not worrying about the how’s and why’s of things.
