“Alright so this is the main hallway for the royal ring. It has five entrances that are all heavily guarded by people and outfitted with the highest level of electronic security. The kind of security that only myself and Victoria know anything about. If you’re interested in it I am more than happy to teach you later.”Bella told Rosalie. Rosalie looked around the hallway in awe. The wall was covered in murals of what Rosalie assumed were different places found in Eden. Each new place more impressive than the next. Rosalie couldn’t wait until she had the chance to travel with Bella and get an official tour from the queen. Hearing about the security for the wing definitely peaked Rosalie’s interest. It was the type of technology she was hoping to learn about after seeing the plane they rode to Eden on. Rosalie was also hoping to learn about the flying cars and motor bikes. Plus the flavored blood.

“I would like to learn about that and the other things you have invented.”Rosalie reached out and took Bella’s hand in her own smiling when Bella intertwined their fingers together.

Bella lifted Rosalie’s hand to her lips and kissed her mate’s knuckles.”We have the rest of eternity for me show you everything.”

“Which you will need because Bella has been inventing dozens of things a year since she started her first year at MIT.”Victoria wasn’t that keen on Bella having a second mate but overall she didn’t mind that much because her mate bond with Bella was strong and unbreakable. The pair had conquered the world to be live together in safety. Nothing or no one could come between that.

“You went to MIT?”Rosalie was surprised by that because she had heard Edward complain about Bella’s college prospects many times.

“I know what you are thinking. How did someone who did so bad in high school get into MIT?”Bella easily picked up on Rosalie’s thinking.

“I didn’t mean to offend you. It’s just Edward complained about your grades constantly.”Rosalie had been worried about Bella’s college prospects as well.

“My grades were great and I was taking college courses while I lived with my mother. Forks High School didn’t offer anything like that so I just took regular classes. When I was at home I took college classes online. The only reason I even showed up at school is because my father made me. He had it in his head that I would never amount to anything if I didn’t properly graduate from high school.  Meaning walking on stage and getting my diploma. So I put in just enough effort to pass and continued my real education when I was at home.”Bella explained.

“Why didn’t you tell anyone about it?”Rosalie would have liked to have been able to cheer Bella on while she was going to college.

“I didn’t want Edward or any of the rest of you knowing incase I could get away from your family. Then none of you would know what college I was going to. You definitely wouldn’t think I had a full ride to MIT.”Bella didn’t even tell her parents or anyone but Victoria about her plans.

“I hate that you didn’t tell me but I understand why you didn’t. Not only did you not know about the mate bond but my mind isn’t protected from Edward.”Rosalie had no right to know Bella’s secrets when she was human.

“Your mind is shielded from all mental influence now. You don’t have to worry about Edward or anyone else effecting you mentally ever again.”Bella told her.

“What do you mean?”Rosalie asked.

“As soon as I saw you in the throne room I placed the same block the royal guard and the queens got on your mind. I should have asked but once we locked eyes and the bond fell in place for me I panicked about you not being safe mentally.”Bella couldn’t help it.

“I appreciate it.”Rosalie was in no way mad that Bella gave her the block without permission.

“So why didn’t you act on the bond?”Victoria was told not to ambush Rosalie with questions but the red head felt it was her right to know why Rosalie put Bella is such a great danger.

“I wanted to initially but Edward claimed Bella first. I went to Carlisle to have him explain to Edward that she was my mate not his but Carlisle told me if I ever told Bella about the mate bond that he would kill her. Something I fully believe that he would have done. When we left he told met that if he ever found out I talked to Bella again he would kill her for that reason as well. I didn’t know it at the time but Jasper had been given a similar threat if he told anyone Edward’s mate bond claim was false. Carlisle said he would kill Bella and kick Alice and Jasper out of the coven.”Rosalie knew without a doubt Carlisle would have followed through on his threat.

Bella laughed.”Oh he is so pitiful. Not such a compassionate caring man is he?”

“It’s not funny. He would have killed you Bella.”Rosalie didn’t find any humor in the situation.

“Actually it is very funny that he thought he would be able to kill Bella when she was a human. His golden boy made it so that Bella couldn’t even be harmed after he beat her up in Phoenix.”Victoria hated that she hadn’t know about the Cullen’s gifts when she met Bella. If she had she and James wouldn’t have split up. Then she could have saved both him and Bella.

“What are you talking about?”Rosalie didn’t know how Bella being injured as badly as she was by Edward could protect herself in any way.

“When I was human I had a gift. You and the other Cullens all assumed that gift was just a mental shield.”Bella told her.

“Are you saying you have more than one gift?”Rosalie had never heard of anyone having two gifts before.

Bella waved her hand back and forth.”Yes and no. It’s more like I have one gift but two different types of it.”

“Sweetheart start from when you noticed your gift change.”Victoria suggested.

“Good idea.”Bella thought that was the best place to start.”When I learned about my gift I like you thought it was just a mental shield. I continued to think that until the incident in the dance studio. After James had bit me I began to change into a vampire. While Edward was fighting and killing James that change had progressed. Edward in his anger that I wasn’t sired by him beat the shit out of me. I was barely with it while it was going on but when I heard people running towards us Edward threw my body away from him. When he did that I was overcome with panic because I knew if I hit the mirrors I would die before the venom had a chance to finish changing me. That panic built until I felt a pressure on my brain. The pressure became almost unbearable. When the pressure released I slammed into the mirrors but instead of it hurting I was completely unharmed by them or the high fall to the ground.”

“I don’t understand. What are you exactly saying?”Rosalie asked.

“I’m saying that James’ venom strengthened my gift to the point that I became not only a mental shield but a physical shield as well. It took some practice but by the time I was out of the hospital I had complete control over it and I couldn’t have been harmed by anything unless I purposely let down my shield as it is always active in keeping me safe.”Bella explained.

“I’ve only heard of Renata being a physical shield. Can you protect others with yours like she does?”Rosalie was confused why that question made Victoria laugh.

Bella hit Victoria on the shoulder.”Be nice she doesn’t know and it’s a very well kept secret.”

“I know it’s just she is asking you of all people if your shield protects others.”Victoria thought that was the funniest thing she ever heard Bella being asked about herself.

“I take that as you can protect other people.”Rosalie didn’t like being laughed at.

“I am going to tell you something that only about two dozen people know. I am only telling you because we are mated but it is of the upmost importance that you never tell anyone what I am about to tell you. Not even the Denali.”Bella didn’t want the information to become common knowledge.

“Before you promise to do that know if you tell anyone it would put an even bigger target on Bella’s back then there currently is. It might even convince some of Eden’s residents to try and kill her. It’s the very thing that allows us to maintain peace within our borders.”Victoria didn’t have to be a seer to know that many people would be tempted to kill Bella if they knew the secret.

“I promise to guard the secret with my life.”Rosalie would do anything to keep Bella safe. Keeping a secret was easy.

“I am the one responsible for the physical shield protecting Eden.”Bella told her.

Rosalie pulled Bella to a stop and stared at her in shock not at all believing what Bella just said.”What do you mean you are responsible for the physical shield protecting Eden?”

“When I was changed Victoria and I lived in a cabin at the top of a mountain over a thousand miles away from other humans. During that time Victoria would help me train my gift. She herself has a mental gift herself so to train that part of my shield I would practice pushing my mental shield away from my mind and wrapping it around her to stop her gift from working. We would train to see how far I could effect her when she was away from me. To practice my physical shield we would do the same exercises as the shield forms in my mind so I would push the physical shield out as far as I could to keep Victoria from getting into the area. When the year ended and it was time for me to go to MIT I could shield the entire mountain range. As the years went on I never stopped training. Me being able to shield the continent was the only reason Victoria even agreed to go along with my plan to build Eden.”Bella remembered the headaches and exhaustion she felt during those training sessions.

“Shit.”Rosalie was having trouble wrapping her mind around the fact that Bella Swan her mate was able to shield an entire continent away from the rest of the world.”You are literally the most powerful person on this earth because of that ability.”

“And knowing that you understand why no one else can learn of the information. Bella’s identity as Eden’s leader is not known outside of Eden but inside the shield everyone knows who Bella is and that she is the one who set up Eden and saved all the original inhabitants. The reason we are able to maintain peace is that no one knows how the shield works. That means they don’t know how to leave or how to let other people in. If it become known about Bella’s gift a lot of people would target her to make the shield go away. We don’t have wars because no one know who controls the shield. The thinking being if the ones in charge made a shield that could deflect nuclear weapons then they likely have other things that could squash a rebellion.”Victoria knew that more people would revolt if they knew that Bella was responsible for the shield.

“I thought Eden was a peaceful utopia. Are you sure people would revolt?”Rosalie didn’t like the idea of armies coming after Bella. It just gave her more of an incentive to keep her shield a secret.

“There is always people who want to be in charge or think they can do a better job than the current leaders. We dealt with that a lot the first few years we settled in. We defeated armies that attacked us head on, the shifters who refused to follow a vampire leader, and even with the humans who had a change of heart in wanting to live equally with the supernatural. The vampires oddly enough didn’t give us problems. That likely being that all the ones we invited to live here were in horrible situations and Eden was a lot better than the lives they were living.”Bella had been surprised that no vampires challenged her when it was decided she would be in charge of everyone.

“I hadn’t realized you had so much unrest in the beginning.”Rosalie had assumed that Eden had been peaceful from the start.

“It was that unrest that made us force Bella into a leadership role. She was the only one people would actual listen to. It didn’t matter what species Bella could rally all of them behind her. I remember one time we had heard about a group of shifters that were going around trying to recruit an army to take over Eden. They had a pretty big following but when they came to storm the building we were using at the time for Bella’s home base Bella walked out onto the balcony and addressed the group. She spoke for almost an hour and all the shifters were mesmerized. Their leaders and a few other tried to heckle Bella but she just ignored them the whole time. When she finished speaking she gave the crowd a choice. She said that they could continue their quest to take control from her or they could go home and be with their families. She told them that if they chose to continue that she would be forced to have no mercy on them and most would be killed in the fight. The ones who weren’t would be hunted down to be killed later. The ones who went home would get to live a good life knowing that Bella was working day and night to make their lives better. As proof she mention that she had been working on a plan to give shifters weekly stipends to cover their food cost. After she said that three fourths of the shifters left.”Victoria had been in awe of her mate that day and she wasn’t the only one. All the people who witnessed the event looked at Bella different after that.

“What happened to the ones that fought?”Rosalie was very impressed that Bella a vampire was able to talk a bunch of shifters out of trying to kill her to take control.

“I followed through on my promise. We killed every single one of them during the fight or after tracking them down later. It may seem harsh but we were just starting out. If we let them live they would have simply regrouped and used the dead as martyrs for their cause. They would have used it as proof that vampires were bloodthirsty and hated shifters.”Bella couldn’t have that.

“That makes sense.”Rosalie didn’t like the idea of killing anyone but understood it was necessary some times.

“That wasn’t the only time Bella talked down an angry crowd. That one was actually one of the smaller ones. After the palace was built was when the big armies came. Bella has addressed every one and has convinced the large majority of each of those armies that it wasn’t worth fighting. That Eden is a good place and was getting better every day. The main reason it is getting better being the many advancements that Bella herself has come up with.”Victoria credited Bella with ninety percent of Eden’s achievements.

“You all give me too much credit for things. I barely contribute.”Bella didn’t like when people tried to make her out to be important.

“I don’t believe that for a second. Jane and the queens have been bragging about you since they showed up to get me. They sung your praises to all the passengers on the plane ride here as well. A plane which they made sure to make everyone know that you designed not only the plane itself but all the technology, the hardware to include seats and seatbelts on it. Plus they told us you not only were responsible for providing all the meals for the humans and shifters but you were responsible for providing more than the normal amount of blood for the vampires because you knew they would want to try more than one flavor. Flavored blood that you invented as well. Oh and don’t forget you designed the hover cars and the hover bikes making there be no need for fossil fuels which helps save the planet.”Rosalie knew that Bella was a big deal in Eden for being not only its leader but its biggest contributor as well.

Victoria laughed at Hermione’s shocked expression.”Sorry sweetheart but she is right about all that.”

“Others have done more than I have. I shouldn’t be put on a pedestal.”Bella knew she did a lot. She just didn’t understand why everyone had to brag about it to others.

“Bella I know I won’t convince you of how exceptional you are but I still wish you wouldn’t downplay your importance.”Victoria liked that Bella didn’t brag and boast all the time about her achievements but still would like it if Bella would be prouder about all the work she had done.

“We haven’t even made it to the first room in the hallway. Come on.”Bella pulled on Rosalie’s hand and led her to a pair of double doors. Opening them she ushered Rosalie inside.”This is Victoria and my’s private movie theatre. Well it’s now yours as well. I was initially wary of having one all to ourselves at first but I have come to appreciate the privacy over the years.”

“I bet it can get kind of stressful being around so many people clamoring for your attention.”Rosalie had seen the way that everyone in the throne room had preened when they got Bella’s attention and how they went out of their way to impress her when they had it.

“It wasn’t so bad when we first started our rebellion because we were all so busy there wasn’t any time to relax and destress. It wasn’t until about a decade after we started that thing finally settled down to the point that I wasn’t dealing with one crisis or another. I finally had time to lock myself in my lab for a week and focus on a project instead of the few hours here and there I had before. Unfortunately I didn’t take into account that people still wanted to spend time with me even though we didn’t have any official business to deal with. I don’t actually mind spending time with people other than Victoria but sometimes it can be too much. So it’s nice to have the royal wing that has all these different features so that I can enjoy myself without anyone but Victoria to steal my attention.”Bella explained.

“I only steal attention when you are about to lose yourself in whatever project you are working on. The other times you give it to me without me asking.”Victoria had no complaints about how much time attention Bella gave her.

“That’s why you have a space for yourself in every room I spend time in so we can spend time together even if we are busy with other things.”Bella suddenly realized something.”Rosalie you will have to design your own spaces in my rooms. That is if you want a space in my rooms. You don’t have to have any if you don’t want to.”

“I want a space in all your rooms.”Rosalie would love to have a place to watch Bella work on her projects.

“Let me show you the next room.”Bella led Rosalie out of the room by the hand stopping to kiss Victoria as she passed the red head.

Victoria smiled. She liked that Bella wasn’t ignoring her even with Rosalie new to the relationship.”The next room was set up by myself and Bella and no one but us has been in there.”

“What kind of room is it?”Rosalie wondered if it was something sexual.

“Get your mind out of the gutter Rosalie. It’s not a sex room.”Bella could easily see where Rosalie mind had gone.

“I wasn’t thinking that.”Rosalie lied. She wasn’t going to admit it out loud though.

“It’s a good thing for you vampires don’t blush because if they did your whole body would be red.”Victoria stopped in front of another set of double doors, opened them and walked inside.

Rosalie hesitantly followed after Victoria and Bella. Once inside she instantly fell in love and knew she would be spending a lot of time in the room.”It’s a library.”

“My love of reading didn’t go away when I was changed and Victoria herself loves books as much as I do. When they were planning the palace Victoria was in charge of designing our wing and she had this library added.”Bella told her.

“I just had the the book shelves put in the room nothing else. Everything else was added by me and Bella. To include the books we have collected ever since we went on our first date which involved visiting a second hand book shop.”Victoria pointed to a book that was in a display case.”That is the book we bought at that shop.”

Rosalie walked up to the case and looked at the book.”You bought a very old bible?”

“It was the only thing in the shop that was older than Victoria and I thought it was funny.”Bella still thought it was funny.

“Yes, yes, I know I’m ancient.”Victoria didn’t care that Bella made fun of her age. That was because she made fun of Bella’s just as much.

“How old are you?”Rosalie asked as she dropped Bella’s hand and started walking through the shelves of books. There were dozens of rows of shelves full of books and a staircase that led to a second floor with just as many shelves. Rosalie also spied a group of comfortable furniture arranged in front of a large round window. She was already making plans to spend time reading with Bella cuddled up on the couch.

“I was born in the 1500’s in Ireland.”Victoria had actually visited the place that her village existed when she was alive with Bella a year after they got together. It was very strange and weirdly cathartic seeing the place her family had died and she was changed. She hadn’t realized how much she needed to let go of the place in her mind and seeing it completely different helped her heal from it.

“You’re older than Carlisle.”Rosalie made her way to the staircase and climbed to the top. She was right to be impressed. The space was perfect for someone to relax and read a book. The window even looked out over some very impressive gardens.

“Every vampire you come in contact with will likely be older than Carlisle. We didn’t involve many young vampires in our rebellion because most were afraid of the kings and would have likely told on us.”Bella didn’t want to deal with vampires who hadn’t gotten over the mentality that the kings were always right and they had to follow the laws.

“Bella will likely be the youngest one you meet because we have strict laws about turning humans. It’s actually against the law to turn someone without following the guidelines set up for a human to be eligible to be changed. Most vampires don’t want to bother with all the regulations. Even though there are humans always lined up to be changed.”Victoria approved of the laws put in place to change humans into vampires. It stopped vampires from just changing a bunch of humans without regard of how it would affect society.

“What are the laws to change a human?”Rosalie was curious to know how Eden decided who would become a vampire.

“Once a human finds a vampire to change them they have to apply for the right with the government. The application asks a lot of questions to include what is the reason you want to be a vampire and for the vampire why do you want to sire that specific human. There are also questions about each of their plans for the next twenty years after the human is turned. Plus some personal ones to make sure we get a proper profile of the human and the vampire involved. Once the application is submitted it’s first seen by the local office that it is submitted to. If it is approved by the local office it’s sent to me to look over. If I don’t reject it right away I have the queens interview the pair and Jane and her people investigate their lives. If they pass that group then Victoria and I talk to them. It’s only after myself and Victoria take their measure do we decide whether the human is allowed to be changed or not.”Bella explained.

“Why do you get involved personally? Can’t you just form a group that is dedicated to just dealing with humans being changed?”Rosalie didn’t know why Bella bothered using her own time to decide something so insignificant.

“It all boils down to keeping Eden a peaceful utopia. We have strict laws on vampires changing humans to prevent a vampire from creating a newborn army. Just because most of society is happy with their lives not everyone is. Even some that are hate other inhabitants. Vampires are especially petty about things. They are more likely to throw a punch than they are to talk it out. I’m guilty of being just as petty. That being the case myself and Bella get personally involved because we want to show everyone else how serious we are about enforcing the law. If we didn’t it would to easy for a vampire to create a newborn army and attack their enemy.”Victoria thought it was a good system and didn’t mind going through all the interviews.

“We have also caught a few pairs that are lying about why the human was being changed. It seems for some reason people are intimidated by me and it causes them to amid the truth. Then they beg for forgiveness and plead for a light punishment. I don't understand why they would be. Half the time it happens all I did was walk in the room. I didn’t even say a word.”Bella thought she was the least intimidating person in Eden.

Victoria rolled her eyes.”You’re completely right darling. You are in no way intimidating.”

“I’m not.”Bella said.

Rosalie reluctantly made her way down the stairs and rejoined Bella and Victoria.”What is the punishment for breaking the law?”

“The vampire and the newborn are killed.”Victoria told her.

“What the fuck?! Isn’t that a bit extreme?”Rosalie couldn’t believe that Bella would condone killing a vampire and their newborn for simply existing.

“Every law in Eden is extreme. That’s how we maintain the peace. Look at state of the rest of the world. All those wars and horrible crimes being committed. Then there is the way that they are ruining the earth itself. No one cares about conservation or recycling. To exist in this utopia we need to enforce harsh punishments and implement tough laws. It may be extreme to you but our crime rate reduces every year. We have improved our environment and bettered our air and water quality so yes we are extreme but not without reason.”Bella was responsible for a lot of the harsh laws in Eden.

Rosalie thought about everything she had learned and seen since coming to Eden.”People do seem happier but is that just around the capital? Are the rest of the population just as happy living here?”

“For the most part yes. We have our detractors but every society has them.”Bella told her.

“You are focused on the wrong things Rosalie. You are focused on the harsh laws. You aren’t focused on how rarely people break those laws. You think it’s harsh to kill a vampire who kills a newborn without permission but due to that law we haven’t had to enforce it more than once in over five years. That time we did was because it was a vampire doing what the law is put into place to prevent. She was forming a newborn army to kill a rival that controlled a territory that she wanted. It’s the same with the other harsh laws it’s very rare that we have to enforce them because people know we aren’t bluffing about what will happen when they break them. We offer no second chances no matter what the excuse.”Victoria explained.

“I guess I didn’t think of how having them in place would prevent crime.”Rosalie could see having such extreme laws in place prevented people from breaking the law.

“Once you talk to some of the inhabitants that have been here since the beginning you can ask them how they feel about the laws. They won’t lie to you. As a matter of fact the only person they will lie to is me because for some reason they think if they speak negatively about Eden I will torture and kill them. Which is very weird because there is no reason to fear me as much as others do.”Bella didn’t think she was that scary.

“When Jane and the queens were talking about how loyal the population was to you it was asked if people loved you that much that they were so dedicated to you or if you were feared that much they had no other choice. Jane said that even the people who loved you feared you. It seemed that she was talking about herself with that statement. Why would she say that?”Rosalie hadn’t understood why anyone would fear Bella but she didn’t know Bella as the others did.

“It goes back to setting up Eden. Bella singlehandedly freed all the guard. Something that no one thought possible. It made the vampires wary of such a young vampire having such power. Then when it came to rescuing the Romanians Bella went in on her own and infiltrated their compound. She saved over 50 vampires without getting into one fight. That unnerved not only the ones she saved from the Romanians but the ones who were already saved. Then as we met up with the people we had collected before we made our move on the Volturi we started our move to take over South America. Bella led every battle and even when overwhelmed with the supernatural that the countries recruited never received a scratch. When one of the countries decided to use flame throwers against us Bella ran straight into the fire and eliminated each weapon without anything happening to her. It left an impression on everyone who witnessed her feats and they traded those stories with others who witnessed something else amazing they had seen Bella do. That is the reason that Bella was chosen to be our queen. She made herself godlike in the eyes of her followers because not only would she sacrifice herself to save everyone by putting herself in situations no one would survive and not only surviving but eliminating the threat.”Victoria thought of her mate as godlike as well. Bella had proven she was untouchable when it came to the rest of the world.

“I can see why that would make people love you and fear you at the same time.”Rosalie would likely fear Bella as well if she saw her do those things. She would also love her because Bella was doing those things to save Rosalie from a bad situation and trying to build a better life for her.

“Come let’s go see the next room. I think you will find it interesting.”Bella was sure Rosalie would like the next room.

“I’m excited to see it.”Rosalie was excited to see everything.

Bella retook Rosalie’s hand and led her out of the library further down the hall stopping at a heavy metal door. She put her hand on a hand scanner then had her eye scanned on a retinal scanner. Once the door opened she ushered Rosalie in.”This is my bio lab. I work on all the flavored blood in here. Plus all the other things that can help humans be it inviting medicine or working on better ways to treat injuries or illnesses.”

“Bella is responsible for creating a way to grow organs from a human’s body tissue. The method is used to grow organs that are needed for transplants. With the organ being a part of the human’s body already it causes the body to accept the organ and there is no chance of the organ being rejected.”Victoria was very proud of that being one of Bella’s achievements.

“So you are saying that you not only don’t have to wait for a transplant but you are guaranteed to get one that works and won’t have to be replaced eventually?”Rosalie asked as she walked around the lab recognizing only a few things on the room. She saw a desk and love seat in the corner of the room with a small refrigerator next to it that she figured was Victoria’s space. Looking around she tried to figure out where she would be her space. She would want it somewhere she could see Bella working. That is if she wasn’t helping Bella do whatever she was doing.

“Depending on what illness the human is suffering from they may need to be replaced but that is rare. Even in children the organ is grown to the proper size of a child that age and once implanted it grows like a regular organ with the child’s body. A few of the new inhabitants were given an invitation due to children being sick and needing transplants. They didn’t have any hope left in the outside world so they were gambling on Eden being able to help them. Which of course we are. We also don’t charge for certain procedures so none of those families are going to be drowning in medical bills.”Bella told her.

“You don’t charge for medical care?”Rosalie had heard politicians promise free health care all over the world since she was a human.

Bella shook her head.”Anything that is a necessary procedure is free. So if someone wants plastic surgery they have to pay for it.”

“Is plastic surgery a big business in Eden?”Rosalie asked.

“It is bigger than outside the shield but that is because humans want to look as perfect as vampires. Even some of the shutters get it done to look more perfect.”Victoria would never changed the way she looked but supported others that wanted to.

“That makes sense.”Rosalie understood humans’ want to be perfect. It was how she felt when she was human.

“I brought you in here not only to show off but because I wanted to see if you wanted to try a new flavor of blood that only myself and Victoria have tried.”Bella did want to show off to Rosalie. She wanted her new mate to know that Bella was a good catch.

“I would love to. What kind is it?”Rosalie was more than willing to try a new blood favor before anyone else. It was what she hoped would happen when she realized Bella was the one who invented them.

“This one is a special request from the Amazon coven. They wanted to try Copoazú. It’s a fruit that grows in their forest. One that the three of them ate whey were human but couldn’t remember the taste. It’s taken me a month to get it right but I finally have it.”Bella made her way over to a large steal door and opened it revealing a large walk in refrigerator.

Rosalie followed her inside looking around in awe at the hundreds of bottles of blood.”Is this lab the place you make the blood?”

“No I have a production plant in the basement that only myself and Victoria have access to. Don’t worry I will make sure you get the same level security clearance that we have.”Bella grabbed three bottles off a shelf, handed one to Rosalie and made her way out of the fridge.”When we have more time I will show you that and my machine shop. I wanted to have the shop in the royal wing but it’s kept separate from the palace for safety issues.”

“That’s because you like to blow things up.”Victoria said taking the bottle Bella held out to her.

“It happened twice in all this time.”Bella grumbled.

“What did you blow up?”Rosalie asked.

“The first hover bike I made was a challenge. Such a challenge that the batteries I was using blew up twice. I personally was happy they did because I was shown exactly what I was doing wrong. I actually finished the working prototype two days after the second explosion.”Bella told her.

Rosalie shook her head at the craziness of that statement. Taking the lid off the bottle she smelt the liquid. It didn’t smell bad so she took a sip. Getting her first taste Rosalie understood why the Amazons requested the flavor.”This is great. It tastes like the expensive flavored chocolates I used to steal from my mother anytime my father would gift her some for special occasions.”

“I’m glad you like it. We liked it but not everyone has the same preferences as we do so not all the flavors are well received.”Victoria still had Bella make all the flavors they liked because the blood never went bad. Their supply was in a bigger walk in refrigerator that took up an entire room next to their bedroom.

“Do you have a list of all the flavors available?”Rosalie was planning on trying all of them. She just wanted to see what she had to look forward to.

“When you are given your laptop there will be a specific website for you to go on that is where you order your allotment. It has a list of all the flavors and descriptions of what they taste like. You of course don’t have to order anything because you will have access to unlimited bottles of blood but it is a good place to see what is available. There are over a hundred so it would take a lot of time for us to tell you each individual one and what they taste like.”Bella didn’t want to waste the time.

“I didn’t realize you had internet in Eden.”Rosalie thought they were cut off from the rest of the world.

“We have highly regulated internet. I set up the network myself. It’s limited to only people in Eden. The security is impregnable so no one can get access to it from outside the shield and no one inside the shield can get access outside. It’s a completely different internet system than the rest of the world has.”Bella was proud of the internet she created.

“But you do have access to outside of the shield. You had to to be able to email everyone and send out your various decrees. Plus you know about Edward, the kings and their groups.”Rosalie was positive that Bella had access to the world’s internet.

“You are very smart Rosalie. Yes we do have access to the world’s internet. Well myself and Victoria have access to the world’s internet. No one else does. Even Jane and the guard who are going to send emails to Edward those emails will go to me and I will review them then send them. That or Victoria will so she can add some of her own insults to each email.”Bella said.

“I was already planning on it.”Victoria wasn’t going to miss the opportunity to mess with Edward.

“Edward said that his group believe that Eden was responsible for not only stealing all the gold from the dozens of banks before Eden was created but they believe that Eden is responsible for a bunch of cyber thefts on people’s bank accounts. They think it because there was no evidence left behind at the scene of each gold theft and they can’t track who is doing the cyber crime. That and no one has been spending large amounts of money since any of the heists. Are you responsible for all of those crimes?”Rosalie would have never believed the the Bella Swan she knew could have done it but meeting Bella Swan queen of Eden she could easily see Bella being responsible.

Bella smiled.”Myself and Victoria are responsible for stealing all the gold.”

“That was so much fun. I sometimes wish we could go back to that time when we were on the run building our resources to start a rebellion. Not that I want to give up this life. I just sometimes miss the excitement.”Victoria preferred her life like it was currently.

“I got a report in my meeting before I joined you in the throne room that we have an alpha that needs to be visited. It seems that he won the title by killing the previous alpha and now is trying to rule with an iron fist. He is implementing harsh laws and although there is no proof our people think that he is abusing his pack. There was also word of him wanting to expand his territory.”Bella knew that Victoria would enjoy dealing with the issue personally.

“I will look over the reports later.”Victoria hoped it led to her being able to hurt somebody.

“Back to the gold. How did you steal it without any knowing?”Rosalie would ask more questions abut the shifter later. Now she wanted to know about the thefts.

“My shield makes myself and whoever I chose invisible to the world. Victoria has a gift that always her to detect danger that protects me as well. We used my shield and her gift to easily navigate the location they were holding the gold and were able to remove all of it without anyone being the wiser. Even the guards we knocked out and tied up didn’t see anything. I do feel bad that they were all arrested for the crime but they were released and paid off to take credit for it so that made me feel better.”Bella had been upset they arrested the guards until she found out they were all released, giving a large payout and relocated to different countries.

“What happened to all the gold? I mean there was trillions of dollars taken from all over the world. It ruined a lot of countries’ economies and bankrupted a few. It even effected America. We still haven’t recovered from the theft.”Rosalie had heard it was most of the world’s gold supply that was taken.

“We sold half of it to the Swiss and put all that money in a Swiss bank account. The rest of the gold we buried at our mountain cabin until we had the Palace built. Then Victoria took Jane, Heidi, the queens, Felix and Corin to retrieved it. Now it is held in a vault located under the walk in refrigerator next to mine and Victoria’s bedroom.”Bella thought it was a perfect spot for it.

“No one would look for it there.”Rosalie definitely wouldn’t.”How do you fund your own economy? You told us that we wouldn’t be able to use our own bank accounts and would have to transfer everything over to our Eden ones.”

“I’m going to tell you another secret. One that only Victoria and I know. You have to promise never to mention it to anyone. Not even the Denali.”Bella couldn’t have the public finding out.

“I will keep all your secrets until my dying day.”Rosalie was excited to find out yet another secret about Eden.

“There is no Eden specific banks. When we were ready to put everything in place I went to Switzerland and met with their leader. We spoke about Eden’s future and I put forth a proposal. I would not target their country or their banks if they agreed to be the exclusive bank for all of Eden. The leader jumped at the chance to have complete control over the banking of an entire continent. The reason that people think Eden has it’s own banking system is because the Swiss are neutral and didn’t want to deal with the reactions of the other countries if they found out about their country’s link to us. So what your Eden bank account really is an untraceable Swiss bank account.”Bella thought it was the right move to make.

“People would lose their shit if they ever found that out.”Rosalie knew that the other countries would declare war on Switzerland it they knew that they were helping Eden.

“It’s also the reason that we have no paper money and do everything online. Our entire payment systems are attached to the Swiss bank each account is linked to. Everyone gets a debit card with access to their account.”Bella thought the system worked out well.

“It’s pretty smart.”Rosalie credited that move with helping Eden stabilize in the beginning.”How about all the online stealing?”

“That’s just something I do for fun. Especially when emptying all Edward’s accounts every few years even when he uses an alias.”Bella liked to fuck with Edward every chance she got.

“Bella’s hobby is another reason we aren’t worried about the kings and Edward gaining allies to come after us. Not only would they never get through the shield but I find out who is targeting Eden then give the names to Bella who drains all of their bank accounts. That takes away the means they had to pay for what they need to build their armies.”Victoria took her job very seriously and had forced Bella to teach her all abut computers and hacking to be able to find everyone who was targeting her mate.

“Edward said that the kings had been recruiting over the last decade. When was the last time you targeted them?”Rosalie wanted to make sure all Bella’s enemies were taken care of.

“We made a move on them the day we announced that we were allowing outsiders to live here. That made it so they wouldn’t be able to attack our people or our planes while we were outside the shield. Which yours being the last plane to arrive proved it worked. Minus a few scuffles and Edward losing his arm that is.”Bella thought it was successful.

“He deserved to lose his arm. It being his left one just made it better.”Rosalie hated that she wasn’t the one to take the arm or stuff him in the box to mail him home.

Bella looked at her watch.”Let’s show you your rooms real quick. Then we need to meet up with the Denali and leave if we want to visit the shops before they close.”

“Alright.”Rosalie was sad the tour was over.

“Once you get settled you will get an official tour. I have some meetings I can’t miss but I will make sure I dedicate time to showing you around.”Bella promised.

“I understand that you are busy.”Rosalie finished off the bottle of blood and put it in the glass only garbage can. Once done she took Bella’s hand in her own again and followed her mate and Victoria out of the lab. Rosalie was unhappy that the tour was over but she did want to go shopping to set up her rooms. She wanted everything done so that she could focus on Bella without having anything else to do. Rosalie just hoped that Bella would have time to focus on Rosalie. It seemed that Bella was a lot more busy than Rosalie had assumed. That was likely because Bella took on a lot of responsibilities that she could easily delegate to other people. Rosalie was going to do all she could to help Bella in each of her tasks to take some of the stress away from her. Rosalie was also going to plan some dates to take Bella on in the future. She just needed to learn the lay of the land to know what options she had to work with. Not that it mattered what she had to work with. Rosalie could make any date with Bella romantic and relaxing. Even if they were just sitting on the steps to the palace people watching. Rosalie would make it the most romantic moment of Bella’s life. She was sure of it.
