“We got a coded letter from Andy telling us that Dumbledore wanted her reach out to us.”Narcissa announced when she walked into the library. She rolled her eyes when she saw Bellatrix on the floor surrounded by a bunch of baby items. Including a small broom that Narcissa prayed to any god listening wasn’t actually capable of flying. Seeing a Slytherin quidditch uniform made her smile. Hermione would no doubt look very cute in the outfit. Narcissa hoped that Bellatrix had it customized with the name Black on the back. A name all three sisters were going to retake when Hermione claimed her titles. That day not coming soon enough.

“I’m not surprised. He obviously wants to get us reunited with Andy to have her convince us to join the Order. Then once we were members he would immediately ask us for gold to support the cause.”Bellatrix could easily see Dumbledore’s intentions.

“When I told him about us having access to the vaults his whole face lit up.”Narcissa didn’t have to enter Dumbledore’s mind to know what he was thinking. The man was incredibly transparent if you actually paid attention to his face. Narcissa picked up the uniform pleased to find that it did in fact have the name Black on the back. Along with Bellatrix’s first initial and number.”I see you are staking your claim.”

“If you wanted her to wear your jersey you could have had one made like I did.”Bellatrix did want to stake her claim and she was looking forward to having pictures of Hermione wearing the uniform.

“I should have but I haven’t felt comfortable enough to go out in public alone yet.”Narcissa wasn’t afraid she just didn’t want to deal with any drama.

“I wasn’t bothered today when I went out. As a matter of fact the people at the shops I went to were rather pleasant.”Bellatrix wouldn’t have put up with it if they weren’t.

“I guess we won’t really experience the backlash until it becomes well known our husbands were arrested.”Narcissa knew the public would turn against them and they wouldn’t change their minds until the trials.

“I’m not going to let it bother me.”Bellatrix wasn’t going to hide away over some negative attention.

“Did anyone comment about you buying baby stuff?”Narcissa asked.

Bellatrix shook her head.”No but they probably think either you or I are pregnant.”

“Probably.”Narcissa agreed.

“We won’t have to hide why we buy baby stuff that much longer.”Bellatrix was impatiently waiting for that day to happen.

“What are your thoughts on living with the Grangers?”Narcissa wanted to know if her sister was of the same mindset she was.

“I think that not only you and I but Andy as well want to move in with them. Which based on our interactions with them so far I don’t think Denis and Jean would object to it.”Bellatrix thought the couple would agree to them all living together.

“They have the room for all three of us and Nymphadora.”Narcissa had made note of the empty rooms when they were given a tour.

“I almost wonder if grandmother chose the house because it is big enough for all of us to live together.”Bellatrix said.

“After everything we have learned so far she most likely did.”Narcissa could see her grandmother planning ahead.

“Look at this beater bat I bought.”Bellatrix held up a very tiny beater bat.

Narcissa smiled.”Hermione is going to look adorable holding that.”

“She is going to look adorable with all this stuff.”Bellatrix thought Hermione would look adorable no matter what.

“She is a beautiful baby.”Narcissa couldn’t say it enough. Hermione was absolutely the most gorgeous baby she had ever seen.

“A beautiful baby that we are going to visit in a couple hours.”Bellatrix wanted to go sooner but the Grangers were taking Hermione to the muggle doctor for her newborn check up. Initially Bellatrix was planning to go with them but was told that the doctor wouldn’t let all five of them in the room for the appointment. That being the case the sisters decided it wasn’t fair for any of them to go with the couple.

“I hope the muggle doctor doesn’t find anything wrong.”Narcissa was very uncomfortable with a muggle being in charge of Hermione’s health but Jean and Denis trusted the doctor so Narcissa would go along with it. Narcissa was just happy they allowed Andromeda to check Hermione over.

“They said this is just to make sure she is growing at the proper rate. Something I personally think that the magical world should do the same thing with their children. We don’t even get checked out by a healer unless something is wrong. I can think of a dozen people off the top of my head that I can guarantee their bodies didn’t grow properly. They all could have benefitted from healing to help them make up for the deficits.”Bellatrix was just fine with the muggle doctor looking Hermione over. She had plans of going to a muggle book store to get some muggle medical books to see what other medical techniques muggles had to offer.

“I can think of just as many. Sirius being one of them.”Narcissa thought a healer probably could have helped fix Sirius’s bad posture and the limp that he had since he first started walking.

“Most of his problems are due to inbreeding but a healer might have been able to help him.”Bellatrix blamed most of Sirius’ issues on the fact that his parents were so closely related.

“I don’t understand why most pureblood families hold on so tightly to their belief in blood purity. There is overwhelming evidence that proves those beliefs are wrong. Most of the evidence being the members of the families themselves and their offspring.”Narcissa could see many examples of blood purity being wrong in every family who stuck to that belief.

“I think it’s their want to be special. They don’t have the attributes to be truly great so they hold on to the one thing that makes them unique. The fact that the Sacred 28 has so much influence in our society feeds into that want.”Bellatrix knew that if they didn’t have as much political power and wealth pureblood families wouldn’t care about blood purity.

“Well Hermione is going to show them what it really means to be special.”Narcissa was looking forward to Hermione making waves amongst the Sacred 28.

“And we will be by her side supporting her the entire time.”Bellatrix said.

“I forgot ask did you give Dumbledore all the evidence we collected?”Narcissa had gotten sidetracked with speaking about Hermione. Something she and her sisters all found themselves doing constantly. 

“I got a few looks when I went in the ministry but no one bothered me. Dumbledore didn’t even try to hide how happy he was when he scanned through some of the pages. Rod’s journals seemed to interest him the most.”Bellatrix wasn’t sure why that was.

“I bet he’s excited to get a chance to get read the personal thoughts of one of the Dark Lord’s followers. Not just any follower either. Rodolphus is one of his highest ranking soldiers and a pureblood as well.”Narcissa would be interested if she was the leader of the Order.

“I don’t care if he spends all his time jerking off while reading them. I just want Rod to be put in Azkaban.”Bellatrix’s goal was for Rodolphus to die in Azkaban.

“Must you be so crass?”Narcissa didn’t approve of Bellatrix constantly making vulgar comments.

“I’ve always been this crass.”Bellatrix had been making those kind of statements since she first started Hogwarts.

“Well you need to get out of the habit. Hermione is a child. We don’t need her picking up your bad language.”Narcissa didn’t want Hermione to take after Bellatrix when it came to her vocabulary and comments.

“Hermione will be fine.”Bellatrix would actually prefer if Hermione spoke like she did. That would mean her soulmate would be able to better put her enemies in their place verbally.

“Just remember Hermione has two parents who actually love her. I doubt they would like you speaking like that in front of their child.”After hearing about Denis’ tattoo Narcissa wasn’t really that sure about that but it was a good threat for her sister.

Bellatrix hadn’t thought of that.”I hate to admit it but you are probably right.”

“The last thing you want is for them to forbid you from being around Hermione for something as silly as the way you speak.”Narcissa held back a smirk when she saw Bellatrix frown. It seemed that this was a threat she could use in the future to keep her sister in line.

“It’s going to be very hard having to watch what I say.”Bellatrix had never censored herself before and wasn’t sure if she could.

“I have faith you can do it. Especially with Hermione as motivation.”Narcissa said.

“I would do anything for Hermione.”Bellatrix would lay down her life for her soulmate.

Before Narcissa could reply an elf appeared in the room holding a letter.”Misses Cissa a letter came for you.”

“Thank you Jitty.”Narcissa took the letter from him.”That will be all.”

“Who’s it from?”Bellatrix asked once the elf left the room. 

Narcissa opened the envelope, pulled out the letter and read it.”It’s from Andy officially reaching out to us. She has invited us to have tea at her home.”

“Has it been read by anyone?”Bellatrix figured it had been intercepted.

Narcissa pulled out her wand and waved it over the envelope.”Yes it has been sealed twice. As I doubt that Andy would need to seal her envelope twice I am to assume someone else read it.”

“When does she want to have tea?”Bellatrix hoped soon because it would be nice not to have to hide her relationship with her sister.

“She wanted to know if we had time for tea in an hour. The excuse in the letter is that she wanted to set up the meeting quickly so that none of us has a chance to back out. In reality it’s probably because we are going to be spending most of the day with Hermione.”Narcissa didn’t have a problem going to Andromeda’s home.

“I would like to finally be able to have our niece in our lives.”Bellatrix had hated being kept away from Nymphadora. From the stories Andromeda told Bellatrix knew that she and the girl would have a lot fun together.

“I would to. The girl deserves a chance to take her proper place with her real family.”Narcissa thought Nymphadora would benefit greatly from her and Bellatrix’s influence.

“Hopefully we can undo all of the habits she picked up from the Tonks family.”Bellatrix knew why Andromeda picked Ted she just didn’t think he was a good candidate to play the role of Nymphadora’s father.

“We just have to get her comfortable with us first. That way there won’t be any problems when we all move into the Granger’s.”Narcissa didn’t want any tension or drama in the home her soulmate grew up in.

“If the girl gets along with Molly we will be fine.”Bellatrix knew that their niece would like them.

“Andromeda said she doesn’t get along with Molly. She just ignores the woman.”Narcissa would be encouraging her niece to continue that behavior. Molly deserved to be ignored.

“I still can’t believe she told Andy to beat Dora.”Bellatrix said.

“A heavy hand is how she deals with her children. That and she probably screams at them constantly.”Narcissa could easily see Molly abusing her children.

“She always acted like the three of us were these horrible people that were constantly committing crimes while she was the beacon of good. The very imagine of the perfect housewife. When in realty she is the one who hits her children while the three of wouldn’t raise a hand to any child. Especially our own.”Bellatrix didn’t believe in using violence to discipline children. Neither did her sisters.

“She also stole from her own family.”Narcissa was only taking the gold and valuables from the Malfoy vault to secure it for Hermione. She would never fill her own personal vault with Hermione’s gold. Narcissa wasn’t even that comfortable using Hermione’s gold to fund her lifestyle.

“She gets disowned because she committed a crime and she thinks Andy who got disowned for marry a half blood is untrustworthy.”Bellatrix shook her head at the silliness of it.”That woman is a piece of work.”

“I personally don’t understand what she does for the Light side. Andy said she and her husband don’t go on missions and they aren’t included in planning sessions. Other than yelling at people and complaining I don’t know what her purpose is.”Narcissa said.

“I think they latch on to her brothers’ reputation. The twins have been on the front line in this war since the beginning. They also don’t go out of their way to shun Molly and her family so people probably let her be there out of respect for her brothers.”Bellatrix couldn’t think of any other reason.

“I’m not looking forward to having to deal with her and the parasites she gave birth to when Hermione gets older.”Narcissa didn’t want any Weasleys around Hermione.

Bellatrix was thinking the same thing as her sister.”There is no way we will let them even look her way let alone speak to her.”

“I have decided to get my masters in potions. That way once I have gained it I can get a job at Hogwarts.”It would also give Narcissa something to keep her busy when Hermione was not available to be with. 

“I was thinking about going for the Defense Against the Dark Arts professor position.”Bellatrix wouldn’t need to do anymore schooling to qualify for the job.

“That’s perfect for you. With Dumbledore’s want for you and me to be in the Order so that he can get access to the Malfoy and Lestrange vault I’m pretty sure he would happily give us jobs.”Narcissa knew that Dumbledore would jump at the chance to have them close.

“When should we apply though?”Bellatrix asked.

“I say the year before Hermione starts. That way we aren’t living away from her that long and it’s before everyone knows her real identity. Meaning Dumbledore won’t be able to cut off our access to her while she is at school.”Narcissa told her.

“Something he would do when he realized Hermione was the head of six pureblood houses. He would want to isolate her and not allow anyone but him to influence her.”Bellatrix wouldn’t have let that happen though.

“I was thinking that one of us may want to become her magical guardian. It would prevent anyone from trying to take advantage of the fact she won’t be legally able to make certain decisions while she is under age.”Narcissa thought it was the best thing to do.

“It’s a good idea and as the oldest I should be her guardian.”Bellatrix would happily take legal responsibility for Hermione.

“We need to talk to the Grangers about it before one of us steps into the role.”Narcissa wanted to be the one responsible for Hermione.

“We can take care of that when we have them set up Hermione’s vault.”Bellatrix wanted it done soon. The thought of someone being able to not only take Hermione’s gold but legally control her made Bellatrix feel panicky. She had sworn to protect and take care of Hermione and until those two things were taken care of Hermione was vulnerable.

“Which won’t happen until Lucius and Rodolphus are in Azkaban.”Narcissa hated having to wait.

“I have a feeling Dumbledore is going to push for their trials to be the first two. It would be in his best interest to get our husbands out the way so we can safely reunite with our sister.”It’s what Bellatrix would do if she was Dumbledore.

“Let’s hope his greed works in our favor this time.”Narcissa would be very happy if their husbands’ trials happened quickly.

“How soon do you think he is going to ask us for gold?”Bellatrix asked.

“I think his first request will be very soon and his excuse for needing it will be to fund the repairs for the many places that got destroyed during the war.”Narcissa told her.

“It’s going to be very hard not to laugh in his face when he asks.”Bellatrix didn’t care what Dumbledore claimed he needed the gold for. She wasn’t giving him anything.

“I wouldn’t be surprised if he tried to get Andy to ask us.”Narcissa thought Dumbledore was despicable enough to do it.

“Speaking of Andy let’s go to her house now. We still have time before we can go to the Granger’s we might as well spend it selling the rest of the world the story of us reuniting.”Bellatrix was happy that this was going to be taken care of and they could start spending time with each other without having to sneak around.

“I’ll go write her back and let her know.”Narcissa wanted to change her clothing as well. She was dressed for the Grangers. Meaning the robes she was wearing were more for lounging around the house not reuniting with your long lost sister.

“I’m going to pack all this up so that when I leave Andy’s I can go straight to the Granger’s.”Bellatrix said.

“Meet me in the garden in fifteen minutes then.”Narcissa told her.

“I will.”Bellatrix called out to her retreating back. Grabbing her small bag that she had placed an extension charm on Bellatrix began putting all the items she bought Hermione in it. Thinking over what she and Narcissa talked about Bellatrix was feeling good about their future plans. Dumbledore would likely fall over himself to give her and her sisters jobs at Hogwarts. Bellatrix just hated that she wouldn’t get the chance to find out what he thought when he realized that Hermione was linked to the three of them and with Bellatrix as her magical guardian was out of his reach. It was definitely going to piss him off. He was going to be even more pissed when the four of them toppled the Light side and kicked him off his throne. Once he was gone Bellatrix was going to spend at least a week going through the headmaster’s office to find out all his secrets. Just the thought of it made her smile.
